The poster has been released.

I like the poster but they are really late on the marketing. The movie is not even out for another three more months and we have no trailer.

Suit is almost perfect. Needs the shoulder armor from the 1995 film and it would be perfect.

Looking at the suit, I can't help but think that the casual movie goer would see this as a Boba-Fett spinoff.

If it has Judge Death in it, I might go see it. With a guy who thought the last movie was awesome. And the ghost of the best friend of that guy. (Our cousin, whatever)

Yeah, might go see it for Joe...

Sigh. Please don't ever use the words "Boba Fett spinoff" again. Even seeing the words makes the Fett fan in me go wild.

Here's the trailer!

I admit that the film does look pretty cool. Not bad as I thought it was going to be but I'm not going to be too hype up for the film.

You remember it. I remember it. Im willing to bet every member on this board would remember it if you asked them. I also willing to bet anyone over the age of 13 is going to remember it, or seen it on FX during one of the 2 million showings it had last year.

Judge Dredd (1995) is classic bad. Like Demolition Man. You watched it for the cheese and the stupid. This is just like The Shadow and 1994. It was the extreme era. Make it shiney, blow some shit up, add a big star to the poster and BOOM! Movie magic.

I hear that the studio said that Dredd was in production around the same time that they finished The Raid? The movie looks like it can go either way. I still like to see how the reviews turn out since I remember that the director was fired before they can edit the film. So I still have a bad feeling about this movie.

I think people in the US expect too much. Judge Dredd, and the original comic 2000 AD are HUGH in the UK, but not really anywhere else (a sub to 2000AD is over $150 to the US). Dredd hasnt had a US pump in nearly 20 years and the DC Comics arent canon to the series that's been published since 1970something in the UK.

I wanna see the film. The original was entertaining to say the least.

Thanks for the bump. So plans to see this soon? The movie already has a 91% on RT and it seems like everyone said that the movie was awesome. I can't wait to see it soon.

It's on my To See In Theatre's List.

Making my g/f go see it with me the weekend after her birthday. Im excited about it, but not as much as I was for The Avengers or Prometheus (until I saw it) or The Hobbit in 12/2012

I do want to see it, although Cloud Atlas, Skyfall, and The Hobbit are probably the only movies left this year I'll see in theaters. Time to wait for Redbox!

Screw Red Box. Try your local cable company's Movies On Demand.

After Quantum of Solace, Im not paying for another Bond film.
