As revealed in the preview last week, Kamen Rider Meteor will make his most anticipated appearance in Kamen Rider Fourze's 16th Episode, “Right and Wrong Troubles.” Here's an in-depth entry on Meteor.

Kamen Rider Meteor will be a mysterious transfer student, Ryuusei Sakuta, that was first seen in the recent Kamen Rider Movie Wars MEGAMAX, played by Ryou Yoshizawa. He is keeping his identity and actions as a big secret to everyone, unlike Gentarou.
Image

Ryuusei uses the unnumbered Astro Switch, the Meteor Switch, on his Meteor Driver to transform into Kamen Rider Meteor. He can access his three finishing moves:

Starlight Shower, a high speed punch attack; Meteor Tornado, a kick that rotates in high speed; and, Meteor Strike, a strong and powerful kick. Just like any other Astro Switch, the Meteor Switch also contains Cosmic Energy. Meteor can also use Fourze’s Switches. When Meteor uses the Elek Switch, Meteor is filled with electric powers.
Image
Kamen Rider Meteor main armament is called Fingerprint Authentication Brace Meteor Galaxy, attached on his right wrist. It has three switches called Galaxy Levers that represents three planets coming from the Solar System — Mars, Jupiter and Saturn.

By pushing a lever on the Meteor Galaxy and scanning his fingerprint, he can summon a planet on his wrist and use its attributes during his Rider Punch! Using Mars Lever, he can summon a burning planet Mars, and use Mars Breaker; with Jupiter Lever, he can activate Jupiter Hammer; and, with Saturn Lever, he activates Saturn Sorcery!
Image
Kamen Rider Meteor is a member of the “Anti-Zodiarts Union,” he is given support from the satellite “M-Bus” and a mysterious being called Tachibana. He started fighting against Zodiarts in order to save his best friend and he’s willing to cooperate with Fourze in the battle against the Zodiarts.
Image
Tachibana is a mysterious being living in the satellite, M-Bus, and works as a support to Meteor. It is unknown whether he is a robot or a man behind a mask. The M-Bus also holds the energy necessary for Meteor to transform. If Ryuusei is not exposed to this energy, he won't be able to transform.

He really looks awesome in my opinion. What do you guys think?

its sad though there is no variety in Tokusatsu these days, only Kamen Rider and Super Sentai.

What!? Toei decided to bring back the character of Tobei after 36 years?

Yeah, thats kinda sad that there aren't very many tokus around besides KR, SS, and Ultraman (which seems to be now becoming a movie-only toku).
Hey, atleast the very first metal hero is on of the main caracters in Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger's new movie called "Gokaigers vs. Gavan." If popularity rises with metal heros, than they may consider bringing them back.

And the second I read "Tachibana" in this article, I instantly realised that it was a very cool Showa rider reference.

Someone forgot Garo exists? How does one do that, it's like the best Toku franchise ever.

He's a robot or moon man named after Tobei as a reference.

Kamen Rider and Ultraman are the only tokusatsu shows I really watch and enjoy (especially kamen rider).
I'm pretty ok with just those two that's just me though.
I'm sad that Ultraman seems to be movie only though. I would really like to see more ultraman shows.

Since when is Ultraman movie-only? lol the vast majority of the franchise is TV and direct to video series. There's only been a few years since the last series, so unless there's been some press release on the subject that I don't know about, I expect we'll get another series eventually.

Anyway, re: Kamen Rider, I've been watching a few eps of Kabuto. Tendo is a cool guy.

Actually, we got still got 2 Ultra shows going, Retsuden (a clip show) and Ultra Zone (a variety show). Yeah, not your typical Ultra shows, but they are Ultra shows nonetheless.

And I really need to get back into watching Agito and 555. :sigh:

I guess I should say its becoming movie/direct to DVD only.
Its been 5 years since Mebius (unless you count the Ultra Galaxy mini-series as an Ultraman show) and ever since than its all been movies.
I also expect there to be another series as well sometime after Saga is released.

Hmm lemme know when you finish Faiz, I thought it's ending could have been better.
Left a few questions unanswered too.

I will, assuming I can find subbed episodes of episodes 25-50 of Faiz. I've had no luck though, so I might have to end up watching them without subs.

Crocodile already mentioned about TVN's tv version subs of Faiz, so I'm just gonna start there. Thanks though.

So, I was kinda interested in seeing how Kitazaki/Dragon Orphnoch was gonna die so I went ahead and watched episode 49. I didn't really like how they killed him. I would've been ok with it if they had at least let him fight [Spoiler alert] Arch Orphnoch[/End] before it killed him. Also, I REALLY hate Centipede Orphnoch now. Centipede Orphnoch is like Starscream, but less likable.

Does anyone have S.H. figuarts kamen riders.

I want to get a skull figurarts, but I can't pick between crystal skull or the original.

They come with the same things except crystal skull has an extra head and

original = glossy finish
crystal skull = matte finish

I don't care about the extra head I just want to know which one is nicer.

^ I have a Kabuto, got it for Christmas. Can't bring myself to open it though, I think I'll just set it next to my un-opened Dr. Who figures

Get Crystal Skull.
It has a matte finish and even comes with another head so it can be Crystal and regular Skull. Crystal should also be cheaper as well since its newer.

I have SHFs of Black RX, Kuuga Mighty form, Kuuga Ultamate form, and Faiz.
I LOVE them and NEED to get more!
