Iron Man
Incredible Hulk
Captain America
Iron Man 2
Thor

Just found Thor to be pretty damn boring.

Iron Man
Incredible Hulk
Thor
Captain America
Iron Man 2

Of course I LOVED every movie, so they were really hard to rank, but if I had to rank them, it'd be like this. Still gotta see the Avengers

Iron Man 8/10
Still one of my favorites in this franchise, Iron Man hits all the notes it needs too. A very likable cast, superb special effects, good pacing, an engaging story, the works. It really doesn't get anything wrong.

The Incredible Hulk 7.5/10
Definitely a more serious, darker take on the Hulk story. It's not perfect, particularly the from Blonsky injecting himself with Hulk's blood onward (not that it's "bad" or anything at that point, just not as strong), yet I enjoyed the movie and really hope the newfound appreciation for Hulk will encourage Marvel Studios to pursue adding to this sub-franchise.

Iron Man 2 7.5/10
The story is a little weaker than its predecessor but continues to be enjoyable. Some parts just felt a little repetitive and maybe as if they didn't explore as much as they could have with a sequel. RDJ continues to be a knockout and my favorite actor in all of this franchise.

Thor 8/10
Though more flawed than Iron Man, this is about tied with it for me. Somehow I just like this movie a little more than perhaps I ought to, as there really could've been more action. Thor is fantastic and one of my favorite Avengers members (not just of the four primaries in this current saga), but man seeing a little more of bossin' it up would have been nice. Otherwise I totally loved this movie. Thor 2 next year is currently my most anticipated movie from the current Avengers universe that has an actual release date. Hemsworth really does a great job as Thor and is immensely likable.

Captain America: The First Avenger 7/10
On no critical level is this movie worse than the other pre-The Avengers movies, which are all 7.5-8/10 for me while this is 7/10. I just enjoyed it a bit less as being less of a fan of Captain America, who just isn't as "fun" a superhero IMO. But the movie is consistent with the quality of the others, no doubt.

The Avengers 9/10
Fantastic. Epic. Amazing. No real flaws here to speak of. It really reminded me of how the current Avengers franchise is one of my favorite movie series of all time.

Question, dudes - is there going to be an Incredible Hulk 2 or not? I've generally heard 'no' but I thought I saw somewhere it was announced very recently.

It hasn't been confirmed, but reaction to Mark Ruffalo's Hulk/Bruce Banner (and The Avengers' massive gross so far) has been so overwhelmingly positive that Marvel heads have started to reconsider it.

My ranking:

1. Iron Man - Just the perfect superhero movie. I cannot go on enough about how much I love this film. I've seen it at least 6 times and still find myself thoroughly entertained by it.

2. The Avengers - Everything I could have hoped for. Just had a complete blast, although I thought it had a bit of a rough start and the music score was far too bland.

3. Captain America: The First Avenger - Wonderfully executed. Not just a great superhero movie, but a great World War II adventure film. The film kinda runs out of steam in the last 40 minutes though.

4. Iron Man 2 - Is it muddled? Yeah. Is the score plain? Uh-huh. But is it still a great deal of fun? Most definitely.

5. Thor - Upon second viewing, I didn't find myself enjoying this film as much. It does have great acting and amazing visual effects, but suffers from a rushed climax.

6. The Incredible Hulk - It's a damned sight better than Hulk, but it still has some cartoonish CG and stiff acting from Liv Tyler. The weakest MCU film, but still fun.

Guess I gotta update my list now too.

The Avengers
Thor
Iron Man
Captain America
Iron Man 2
Incredible Hulk

I love em all, though. Great movies. It's kind of upsetting that Marvel's comics aren't as good as their films right now. I'm not enjoying them at all. Now if only Marvel/Disney could get their hands on some of the film rights to some of their other flagship characters. I'm still trying to accept that it just won't happen with Spidey, lol.

It's been a year since I actually voiced my opinion over the title for this thread..

Im going with Thor (2011). TIH is still great, but Liv Tyler IMHO phones it in more then Natalie Portman. While Thor is obviously eye candy, it does the character more justice.

EDIT:
How I rate, personally:
1.) Thor
2.) Iron Man
3.) The Incredible Hulk
4.) Iron Man 2
5.) Captain America The First Avenger

I cannot rate The Avengers yet, Im seeing it this weekend. Cap just felt rushed. To get it out before the Avengers. The film needed to be more Ultimates style, like the first movies and less 616. I still find Evans lacking as Cap, but I feel that's more writing perhaps then acting. He needed to be more soldier and less baby-face soldier of chance.

The Avengers - 10/10
Iron Man - 9.6/10
Captain America - 9.4/10
The Incredible Hulk - 9.1/10
Thor - 9.0/10
Iron Man 2 - 8.7/10

But that's just my personal opinion. Iron Man 2 could've been WAY better based off of Iron Man. Real close with Thor and Hulk, though I think I like Thor more, I think TIH is better.

What's the hate on IM2.

I though the final battle with Whiplash was a letdown but really enjoyed the rest.

I'm certainly more excited for IM3 than I am for other MCU sequels.

Iron Man 2 does very little to justify its own existence. Some of the action peices were nifty, but ultimately it failed to even meet the thrills of the first film let alone top them. Thown in is a nonsense subplot of Tony discovering a new element which provided a quick cop out solution to what could have potentially been a much more interesting story of Tony dealing with his mortality, and you get a major missed opportunity.

And Whiplash Dynamo blows. If you have no room to develop a supervillian amidst all the other crap in your superhero movie, you need to overhaul it. Seriously.
