Watched through Claymore for the first time this weekend. Really solid show, besides the little kid. He was probably the single most annoying character I have ever seen in a show. Also re-watched Trigun as well as the new movie. Forgot how good of a series it is.

I just finished the first disc of Blue Gender, and I have to say I like it so far. It is strang, and dark, but Im not turned off by it.

Is anyone reading Rin-ne? I saw it today at Books A Million as I was looking for a novel and saw it's a Rumiko Takahashi work. I LOVE Takahashi. She's my favorite artist and story writer (for Ranma 1/2.)

So I picked up the 2nd half of Soul Eater on Wednesday (Best Buy didn't have it when it first came out a couple weeks ago). Finished watching it last night. It was indeed as awesome as the first half, and it's now solidly in my top 10 favorite anime.

I've been watching the new anime that have been coming out this season.
Guilty Crown...Yes. Most definitely yes. This anime may be the best thing I've seen since TTGL.

Kerero Gunso is indeed addicting, and downright hilarious... I LOVe that anime, but it just lasts way too long...

Back on track, just finished watching Soul Eater anime and I read the manga. Both are amazing, but I perfer the manga for more Blair fanservice... and the awsomness that is Mosquito.

Watched Demon King Daimao last night. Awesome series is awesome, but too short.

Also, Peter Hausen. Coolest dragon ever in the history of anime.

Okay seriously, the writers for Iron Man and Wolverine must really hate women. Between the two shows, the only main female character to survive was the reporter in Iron Man. What the hell.

Just wondering... how many people who have posted in this topic have participated in their school's anime club (weather you were in school or are in school currently)? How many of members of the club did not know what AKIRA was? It's just interesting how one of the more important anime titles out there is so easily forgoten by now...

It's not that unusual, is it? I know people who're into anime who've heard of it, but have never actually seen it, and aren't really in any hurry to. Seems to happen with a lot of older works, in my experiences.

I don't pay attention to most newer animes since there have not been anything new that has me interested. I just stick with most older anime.

It's just weird how they know about FULL METAL PANIC (but not it's FUMAFU spin off which was funny as hell last time I saw it like 7 years ago), NEGIMA, XXX HOLIC, AXIS POWERS HEITELA, OHHC, and a bunch of other stuff but not AKIRA. Either way, though a risky move to make, we saw the first 50 minutes of AKIRA in the club and it was quite the experiance.

Go watch Mirai Nikki. There's oly one episode up right now, but believe me, it's alot of fun... Plus, it has one of my faorite anime characters EVER... the queen of Yandere, Gasai Yuno...

OH. MY. GOODNESS.
Guilty Crown is definitely shaping up to be an amazing anime.
