Speaking of Fanficts, My Little Illusion, the MLP/Touhou Fanfict I mentioned here awhile back, has just been updated with a third chapter. I highly, HIGHLY reccommend it. The MLP characters are all very well developed, even if they've been humanized. Characters like Zecora and Gilda get some screentime, and there are few, if any at all OC's, and it's a wonderful and intriguing ride. The Touhou characters are also done rather well, and the interactions between them are positively delightful...

On that note, why on earth isn't there a Touhou thread in the Games area?

This. She's easily my favorite foal character after the CMCs. I'd love to see her get more attention in the show.

Just saying, remember the episode where Spike gets all Godzillay? I think one of the doctors had a mane similar to Twist, I wonder if he is her father.

Got some of the trading cards today. Instead of a foil card I got a standee of Rarity. I am disappoint. I did get a tattoo of Celestia's Cutie Mark.



And the Tank card has an error. The description says he's owned by Rainbow Dash, as it should. The OWNER part of the card has a picture of Pinkie Pie. I am disappoint.

It's not finished, but so far I absolutely love it. It's kinda more for Transformers fans, but even if you aren't, it has amazing writing.

The characters don't stray too far from their personalites (unlike most crossover fics).

My only nitpick is that Pinkie's fourth wall breaking is a little excessive, but it's not dwelled upon much, so I can forgive it.

Twilight turns into a vampire. Yeah, bad pun is bad, but the story is played very seriously and about as unlike the Stephenie Meyer Twilight as you can get. It's by Device Heretic, author of the famous Eternal and one of the fandom's best writers. Go read.

Just read the first two chapters, and... Kiryu, I highly, HIGHLY reccomend you read it. It is a freaking masterpiece of art. The characters are all wonderfully done, the suspense is done superbly, and while a few characters haven't shown up yet, it's still really good.

So it's probably just the Cake foals...they love messing with him, especially since Pinkie gives them hints. Telekinesis, you know.

Celestia laughed at the image of two foals who barely reached her knee feeling at liberty to harass a dragon who looked the princesses in the eye when he stood to his full height nowadays .

Only two parts that bothered me. Otherwise this was a good fic.

Because I generally just don't like seeing Spike be downgraded in these fics, especially if he's as tall as Celestia in that fic.

Ah. Well, height aside he's still the same character. A few years older, but still a kid. Having things disappear from the library probably would rattle him. And if the twins can bring Pinkie (a pony so annoying her friends can weaponize her) to tears, imagine what they could do to poor Spike.

I'll agree with you about Spike often being underutilized, though. The cliche of sending him to Canterlot during Twilight shipping fics particularly annoys me. It just feels lazy.
