'Shipping' is not porn. The fandom uses the separate term 'clopfics' (clop = fap) to differentiate those fics. Shipfics are just romances, usually with little or no sex involved. Just the emotional/minor physical side of things. EqD requires shipfics to keep everything at a 'teen' rating, and won't take anything graphic.

Just to make sure we're all on the same page.

Not calling it pornography, and not saying actual sex occurs. I'm using sex as a broad term to refer to any kind of romantic or sensual idea.

I'm the opposite. Used to watch Pokeshipping as a kid, and then realized it was kinda wierd.

I'm just against it, that's all. I don't get the point of it, and I don't even think it's cute. The idea of putting these romantic traits on characters even when they never existed in the original material just seems strange to me. Especially ponies.

^ Perfectly understandable. Hell, I still agree that pony shipping is weird. Couldn't even tell you exactly why I like it. But I guess we probably all have interests like that.

So, what does everypony want to see in the next season? My wishlist, for the moment:

- An episode where Dash finally gets to try out for/'officially' meet the Wonderbolts. Dash needs some kind of resolution to her dream of joining them, and I'd really like to see some of them (Spitfire, especially) fleshed out more as characters.

- A Scootaloo episode(s). This should've happened by now, really.

- More of Celestia and Luna. I'd love to see them get an episode to themselves, though I doubt that'll ever happen. At the very least, though, I want to see them get a few big supporting roles. Learning a bit more about their origins (and Alicorns in general) would be nice, too.

- The return of Trixie or Gilda. Maybe for a forgiveness story, maybe for a rematch... I don't know. There are definitely options for these two.

- More of the pets. Not neccesarily focus episodes or anything like that (though I wouldn't say no to those), but they could make cameos more often or something.

- Dash needs a song to herself. Something along the lines of her Winter Wrap Up and At The Gala segments, preferrably.

- Applejack needs a song, period. A country song, ideally.
