Saga preview looks fantastic. Loving the setting, atmosphere and those gorgeous miniatures and cinematography. Dyna's and Earthron's reveals were awesome. Of course Earthtron lost easily- he's not intended to be a challenge. The real threats will likely be Tyrant, King Joe and the Zettons.

He's in the special, not the movie itself.

King Joe

He's not a part of this in any way.

I swear I saw him on one of the posters.

Things get dang confusing with many Zero specials.

I had posted these a while back:

Tyrant, as well as Pandon, Antlar, Velokron & Black King are included here.

As for King Joe, I thought HE was in the special: 'Killer the Beat Star' or whatever it's called.

The fight between the Ultra brothers and the monster army was cut from the final film. Parts of it can be seen in the latest episode of Ultraman Retsuden and hopefully it'll be included on the inevitable Blu Ray release.

Awwwww.......... :(

EDIT: Okay, I need some help here. I just watched episode 37 of Ultraman Tiga - 'Flowers' - and my head was left in a spin. Am I missing some Japanese mythology or something like that, or is it just a weird episode?

Well I just ran into Gomora. Finally, someone who actually defeated Ultraman, great monster. Antlar is still the best though. :D

Can't wait for Zetton! His design is pretty awesome-looking.

It's just a weird episode. You can expect that from Akio Jissoji.

Is there anywhere where I could see the fight between Antlar and Gomora? Not on YouTube sadly.

Wait... that's the part they decided to cut??? So all of those kaiju that are in the shots above don't actually appear? That's just skreeonk stupid. Talk about a letdown...

Some of the scene was shown in the latest episode of Ultraman Retsuden, seen here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_rJHCGFBnqc

Hopefully we'll get a director's cut.

Thanks for that. Man, that Black King suit is a nice update. This movie seems to be getting negative reviews. That's unfortunate as the previews, monster designs/suits, and sets looked great.

Those were pretty cool scenes; but those kaiju were defeated way too easily.

^Pretty much what I have to say. Black King, Antlar and Tyrant have been overly pussified. Can't say I'm surprised with the bad reviews though.

I saw the preview a week ago and I really liked it a lot.
I hope subs come out for it soon.

Really? Any source(s)...? I really hope that's not true for I urgently need ULTRA-ACT figures of Ultraman Saga, Hyper Zetton and Tyrant and there's a good chance that BANDAI will never consider (or cancel) them - just like they did with all the Godzilla Final Wars Kaiju vinyls, which were announced back the day, but then never saw the light of day due to the movie receiving bad reviews! It'd be a real shame if this happens again to the Ultraman Saga movie... :?

If we were getting more movie-related stuff for Saga wouldn't we know by now?

Not necessarily. Bandai may be waiting to see if the film does well. Remember how long it took for the Zero Force to be announced...

Pete, my sole source was a blurb from JEFusion. Something about opening at 4th amidst negative feedback. :(
