Re: Re: DC Cinematic Universe
Omg, I love the chaos in the DC fandom. Everyone else is loosing there minds. But the GA is gonna soak this up. Especially after the movie when they show Superman in TV Spots.

That's actually a pretty badass trailer. I'm totally down, even if the movie itself isn't that great.

^ I have to agree. I couldn't keep the big, stupid grin off my face through half that trailer.

It looks like dumb fun...which is probably an improvement.

Yeah, this has a BVS vibe to it. I'll pass on this unless the reviews come out to at least be mediocre. At least.

Re: Re: DC Cinematic Universe
I really hope they keep the movie's original runtime. The worst aspect of both BvS and SS was how they were clearly edited away from the directors' original visions. The original versions may not have been perfect, but they would have been better, as well as their own things. If Justice League is at least allowed to be itself, then that alone is a good sign.

I'd have faith in this if it wasn't for the fact WB manages to fuck over even great directors.

There aren't many updates on Kypton - that TV series that would exist within the DCEU.

If i'm not mistaken, Davis Goyer was developing that one and the rumor now is that WB wants him to direct Suicide Squad 2 or Green Lantern Corps. Perhaps krypton has been put on the back butner because of that?Tohosaurus wrote:There aren't many updates on Kypton - that TV series that would exist within the DCEU.

Anything from 70-90 seems probable. Depends on initial hype/reviews. Should at least have $450 million plus globally.

Re: Re: DC Cinematic Universe
Aquaman has begun filming under the shooting title Ahab. Wish them luck this could be a really cool film if done right.

Re: Re: DC Cinematic Universe
Final trailer to Wonder Woman.
Skreeonking don't screw this up DCEU, don't you skreeonking dare. I swear if you skreeonk this one up after three messes, there's no more faith to cling onto.
I will admit on one thing, I give them high props for not showing Ares (Besides a brief glimpse of his head being shown fighting Wonder Woman in an earlier trailer).

We're skreeonked then controversially. Even if WW isn't bad, the DCEU's bad rep, the overly conservative advertising by WB, WW's relative obscurity and the horror that is the internet will kill it. You know you have a problem when your own actors don't think it's gonna be as good as your rival's movie.

Amber Heard's first shot in AQUAMAN as Mera is right out of the comic books.

Re: Re: DC Cinematic Universe
A thought came to me. It'd actually be pretty cool if Bruce's/Batman's grandparents (His parents probably wouldn't of been born at this point) made a small appearance in this movie that Wonder Woman runs into and has a small conversation with how his grandfather/grandmother tells they run the Wayne Business and all that.
