Asalieri ofter Spoony to hang out and to have a nice drink with him but it seems like Spoony does not want to interact with other people at moment. It looks the teaser for the 4th year special has been released and it's called To Boldly Flee.

I think it looks interesting so far. I remember Rob saying that they have been putting a lot of effort on the special effects, so it should be a pretty epic.

I don't put words in people's mouths; you don't wanna know what I do.

I'm just stating my opinion about the entire issue.

Not sure if this is the thread, but besides his role in the new TGWTG movie, Spoony is going to appear in The Cinema Snob Movie:

Same reason as To Boldly Flee. It was filmed before Spoony's mental breakdown occurred, and it would be impossible to take him out of the film without having to start all over. Besides, I've seen Vlogs of his performance in the movie, and he's pretty damn funny.

The Cinema Snob movie looks pretty decent. Unlike the AVGN movie, it seems like Brad film the movie on a very small budget and he said on the TGWTG forums is that anyone who never seen the show can enjoy the film. So I'm looking forward how the film will turn out.

I saw that review last night and I really enjoy the crossover. It was a fun video to watch since I grew up watching the show and I was into both Pokemon & Digimon growing up. Kari from Digimon Season 2 was one of my major nostalgic crushes as a kid and I even had dreams of a Pokemon/Digimon crossover as a kid. This is one of my favorite crossovers that Doug has done so far, my biggest issue with the review that it feel bit rush.

I saw it too, it was a great crossover. Funny thing is that after seeing the review, I've been going back to the good old days by watching good old episodes of DIGIMON!!!!

I seen a good amount of Digimon fans on the web that hated the US version of the film. I haven't seen the film since 2001 and you are better off watching the Japanese version of the film on Youtube. I feel like this is one of the best crossovers that Doug has done in a while. JO and NC work together very well unlike the crossover with Sage.

Well I rather not watch the Japanese version as I'm one of those people who actually love the English version. :D also I don't really care for watching that version either. :D x2

Ya know what, I would actually pay to see the cast of Spongebob riffing The Last Airbender :D . My favorite reviews of 2012 so far would be:

1. Digimon: The Movie
2. Alien: Resurrection
3. Signs
4. Top 11 Simpson Episodes
5. Thomas and the Magic Railroad
6. Ponyo
7. A Simple Wish
8. Jungle 2 Jungle
9. Patch Adams
10. Raiders of the Story Arc: Transformers
11. Star Trek: Insurrection/Star Trek V (It's a tie)

Disappointed with his latest one it was ''Top 11 F*** yea movie themes''

While there are some i agree with, he left out Jaws, Jurassic park, an Godzilla's theme's all which should have made it on this top 11.

Each theme represent's when troubles a coming, if it be a T-Rex, a Great White or Godzilla himself... An i think his Number 1 is ridiculous as i'm not even a fan of the franchise.

Doug has made it clear in the past that his Top 11 lists are strictly his own opinions, and not what would be the majority consensus. I would have loved to see the Godzilla theme on his list, but its never going to happen, because Doug doesn't care for Godzilla.

Just because you like other themes more than the ones Doug listed does not necessarily mean they're better. I agree with his number one pick, as the Back To The Future theme is one of the best pieces of music ever used in a film. I'm not a big fan of the franchise, but I still admit the theme is absolutely fantastic.

His Top 11 themes was pretty good, I agree with the music used in the original Conan movie. I thought the whole "music music" part got annoying for a while. I did got a good laugh during the Mr. Monkey part though  .

I would say "hate" is a strong word. I think he simply is not into it, just like with Digimon. He said in his review of Gino, before watching the movie itself and be disapointed, that Godzilla is "pure fun" or something along those lines.

Actually, he described the Japanese Godzilla films as "unentertaining" and having little credibility. However, I asked Rob Walker (Doug's brother) how he felt about the Japanese Godzilla films, and he said he enjoys them for what they are.

I wonder how influenced he may be by Roger Ebert's take on the original, since he is a huge fan of him... or maybe he doesn't feel comfortable on the matter because of it.

To be fair, Ebert's review of Godzilla didn't come out until 2004, when he was out far beyond the point of when he most likely watched the Japanese Godzilla films. By the time Ebert formed his opinion on Godzilla, Doug most likely had his own opinion on the franchise based off of the films he had watched (not sure which ones though).
