Hoo lord...
Spoiler:
I’m so happy to have been proven wrong here. That fight was super well animated. Glad Kiryu brought home the victory, it had me tense at multiple points.
Reignited... and hopefully less weird this time around.

I'm a guy with simple interests. Mostly revolving around monsters blowing up entire cities.

That animation was amazing

Spoiler:
Kiryu pulling himself up further onto the drill was awesome

So kiryu had every advantage except height and skill

Is it me, or did the fight just start really abruptly. Feels like when the animation started, the two were already fighting.

That was clean...

Spoiler:
Kiryu was dodging that giant spike(?) with the FINESSE, then when he absolute zero'd pointblank I knew it was donezo.

Side note: We tend to underestimate the Godzilla fandom and make it feel vastly smaller than it really is.

Calling bullshit on this one.

Whatever, next match I expect Hiei to win but I've been wrong before.

How, Dragonzord has to be the most inconsistent thing in media.

Wow, DB's production values have gone way up since I last watched.

Spoiler:
Loved that Kiryu jumped over that spear like it was a wake-up sweep in DAMM/STE. That music track was pretty cool, too.

That was... surprising. Not complaining, however. Still wish it would have been Showa, but oh well. Maybe that means we'll still see MG74 and Super MG in future fights.

Kiryu was definitely more maneuverable in his film than the Cinder-Blockazord.

I only watch these for the animations and this one was really good.
They must love the smell of Bvlgari. Yeah, I'm doing a little product placement! I gotta get paid, too!

This was a great battle.
Spoiler:
Glad to see my boy Kiryu take home the win after a close call.
My most wanted fight ever is Discord vs Bobobo-bo bo-bobo.
Godzilla has a regen like Wolverine, a skin like Luke Cage, a hero aura like Captain America, a strength like Hulk, an unstoppability like Juggernaut, an immortality like Deadpool.

There's a 'God' in Godzilla for a reason...

Spoiler:
I hate when they say "close call" when by their own numbers it isn't. When Kiryu is thousands of times more durable and powerful and not to mention 1.5 times faster, it isn't a close call at all. Skill only matters so much when you logically couldn't put a scratch on your opponent. Given how often their own numbers conflict with them saying that, I'm pretty sure they say that for lip service.

Kiryu is not faster than Dragonzord, Dragonzord can swim from miles out in the ocean and run to outside Angel grove and save the other rangers from danger.

It should have had Kiryu beat in everything but Firepower and durability.

I just watched the fight and this pissed me off more than Goku vs Superman.

Death Battle clearly doesn't know how Kiryu works.

If you must know I said the video pisses me off but I'm using that word in a topic with other fans of the discussion. In real life I could care less about Death Battle.
