I'm going to preface my list by satying that Stop Motion is a lost art. Even if I dislike the films themselves (and there a lot of bad ones), I have a great appreciation for the work these SPFX artists had/have in developing this form of filming.

King Kong
Rhedosaurus
Dragon (7th Voyage of Sinbad)
Talos (Jason and the Argonauts)
Gwangi
There has never been a "Scientifically Accurate" Dinosaur portrayed on any Television Show, Movie, or Documentary. Only what the human imagination can conceive, and I'm ok with that.

Sokurah's accent made him sound like he was saying Taro instead of 'follow'. Quite an understandable mistake for the untrained ear.
