Because by making Alan Scott younger they've erased his children Jade and Obsidian, who just so happened to be gay; he was like DC's Northstar. Rather than just arbitrarily get rid of one of their only openly gay characters Robinson made the decision to make Scott himself gay, which frankly doesn't matter since he's a "new" character on a parallel world anyways.

For the universe, I see no problem with it. Alan's history with women is HORRIBLE. He's had one serious woman - the mother of Jade and Todd - and she was schitzo. My problem with it, is they turned Alan Scott gay ONLY because Marvel was going to have a gay wedding comic book. There are many gay heroes in the DC universe (Pre-52).

Gail Simone was going to announce pre-52 that Catman was bisexual.
Todd Rice/Obsidian is gay.
Scandal Savage (Vandal Savage's daughter) is a lesbian.
Knockout (who started out in Superboy comics in 1993) is bisexual.

I will continue to read Earth-2 but it disgusts me how low DC is sinking since last September.

Seriously if you want something to fap to then Rule 34, I don't know, Jessica Rabbit. Don't rule 34 shit your not even attracted to like giant monsters, cause then it stops being fan service and become fan disservice. I will never understand why people keep looking for rule 34 of stuff that will gross them out instead of rule 34 of a character they have the hots for.

Some of yall beat your game systems to death. I still have my Sega Saturn, PS1, 1st gen PS2 and 360 and NONE have overheated.

Yeah, I've still got my original NES. I did have to change the connector pins once, but it's great otherwise. The only system that I drove right into the ground was the PS2, but that's probably because it was my only DVD player for years, so it had all the wear-and-tear of movies plus games.

Ok, so I think I fixed the problem.

I decided to just go ahead and manually disassemble my xbox (with the help of a few tutorial videos, of course). I figured "well, it's gonna bite it if this keeps up anyway, so might as well try."

Once I got inside, it was FILTHY. Like, just disgusting. All the dust, man...no wonder my 360 kept overheating; no ventilation. The fans were especially bad.

So I cleaned and I cleaned and I cleaned, careful not to damage the inner workings. Now it's as clean and dust-less as I could get i. I'll see how it does for the next few days, but hopefully this does the trick.

Funny how people have issues with their 360 and my 360 only broke down once. I had a 360 for five years and I never had any issues with it after one red ring.
