Pickle juice is good for dehydration I hear. Or if you can't stomach it, sports drinks. Hydrate, maybe eat something like a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit from a fast food joint (I hear eggs help), and get some sleep.

A little weed can dull the pain some too, if you go that way.

Nothing takes care of the cottonmouth better than Gatorade. I never get "hangovers" per se, but the dehydrated tongue is a bitch in the morning, and a sports drink really knocks it out.

HORRID advice!! LOL! The sports drinks are OK, but even they are chemical-laden. First off, if you HAVE to eat, eat starches and fruit/veg ONLY. (bread, rice, pasta - NO sauce/butter)

Also, as a drinker of many years, I can offer THESE handy tips:

1. Drink plenty of water when you imbibe, and maybe pop an aspirin before bed.

2. Be a man, real men dont GET hangovers, sheeeesh...

Oh, and also disregard Jomei's advice about "a little weed". .....Try a LOT of weed, instead.

Actually Pickle Juice is a common hangover remedy in Poland so could work.

Drinking water and Orange Juice helps and eating eggs or bananas.
Avoid coffee or any caffeine.

Everything in moderation. If you are getting hangovers, all joking aside, maybe your tolerance is very low or you really overdid it?
I drank to excess as a younger man in my 20s, and even through my teen years. They were great times that I wouldnt trade for the world, but there was also a lot of blacking-out, physical violence, loss of control, and unprotected sex. These days, I'm more than fine with a few beers/drinks, and a nice smoke....

Hydration is key, tons of water, yes. All the water in the world wont matter, though, if one cannot 'hold their liquor'.
