Crap that's poorly handled. I've had wrong addresses from buyers on two occasions. One even lived abroad and wanted me to send it to an address in Washington state. But on both occasions, they were straight up about it and let me know well before any money changed hands. If he doesn't know how to change his address, I'd say either he's a fool or there's something even fishier going on, and you're well within your rights to leave him some nasty feedback whether the issue gets settled or not.
