Saturday night I preordered a newsstand cover copy of the upcoming 290th issue of 'Famous Monsters Of Filmland':

Amazon had the two Legacy sets on sale for less than $20 so I couldn't pass them up. Now all I need is the Creature set as soon as that goes back into print. There was an issue with the 3D version of the last movie so they pulled it from release until it gets fixed.

Picked up Ad Nauseam: Newsprint Nightmares From the 1980's. It's a large book full of printed ads for various horror films from the 80's, in addition to local show times (local to me which is a HUGE bonus), and even some critic's reviews from the time. It's such a huge joy to flip through and see the old ads, and laugh at some of the reviews.

Huge bonus, though, was seeing an old local theater that I saw Star Wars at with my grandfather in the 90's when they re-released the original trilogy. A theater that is long gone.

Saw Elf at the mall at a low price and decided to pick it up. Another Christmas movie I want to watch for December. Still gonna watch my Christmas tradition though which is Krampus.

In keeping my family tradition of getting one or more new Christmas tree ornaments each year alive, I bought the following three from eBay today:







They should arrive in a couple of weeks, just in time for me and the family to set up our Christmas Tree. And in the case of the T-Rex, it's a long overdue replacement for a holly necked one that has an irreparable broken leg.

Black Friday DVDs: JW:Fallen Kingdom, The Greatest Showman, Dunkirk, Justice League, Rampage.

The Meg 4K release last week and on Friday I picked up Hotel Transylvania 3 on 4K for $9.50

During the Black Friday sale from Xbox I got Shadow of the Tomb Raider Croft Edition for $45 (includes game, extra skins/weapons and Season Pass) and Turok Remastered for $5.

Thursday I plan on picking up a lot of stuff because we get 25% off for working on Thanksgiving/Black Friday. So far the plan is to pick up $150 worth of Xbox and PSN money. Smash Digital, Christmas presents for my niece, nephews and grandmother and not sure what else.
