I've read about the laws and if I recall correctly drawn representations fall under that category - as far as the law goes. Whether one personally considers it child porn or a bad thing is another story entirely.

Frankly, my thoughts on all this are much like those on any crimes that don't involve direct physical/psychological harm to a person, murder, rape or theft of physical possessions: It's your choice, if you're not really hurting anyone. Just know the potential consequences and accept that you may face them if you commit the act and get caught.

Eh don't really care to be honest, Loli manga doesn't hurt anyone in all actuallity. So it's kinda a victimless crime, but at the same time. I'm apathetic towards the whole thing.

My thing on Graffiti, or Street Art. People who own the building it's painted on have to be okay with it. It could be the most amazing mural since the Sistine Chapel. If the Pizzeria owner doesn't want it there, I think he has the right to have it washed away. But I suppose that's what you meant by not intruding too much.

As for drug usage, I think it depends on the drug. Most drugs I have a larger qualm with the fact use enables suffering in South and Central America than any health issue. So I hate people who use Cocaine, because it enables the existence of the Cartels, and I hate them too. Pot, eh if it's home grown I don't care, if from South America see above (But coke is where the real money is) PCP, I've seen it make people dangerous, I think that one stays gone on that virtue alone. LSD, eh doesn't do any real harm save, enabling some crime.

As for loli hentai, I differentiate it from CP on the grounds CP is made by exploiting and harming children. Either emotionally or physically. Hentai? Drawings have no rights, since they aren't real, but I do acknowledge loli does give off a red flag in and of itself.

Seems to me that if an ADULT feels sexual arousal/admiration towards 'kidified' sexual imagery (porn), rather it be animation or actual children, that definite tendencies toward pedophila are involved. IMHO, there is little difference between this imagery and those (repulsive) people that get 'gratification' from dressing-up and fondling dolls.

Rather hetero, homo, or bi in preference, its perfectly natural for one to be attracted by a "young and sexy" image/person, (IE: POST teenage years) but for those that are attracted by children, well, thats a whole different story.....seriously consider therapy/spirituality/punch in the head/etc.....

Just my three cents.

Fox is just in it for the ratings, if they thought it'd get viewers they'd do a 24 hr report on why you shouldn't drink water or tea, and live exclusively off Vodka, and Mountain Dew.

I said enabling, not causing. People just use the money from drug sales to do other illicit activities. Mind you if it wasn't LSD it would be something. So I'm not really faulting it there.

These days, I pretty much stick with alcohol and a nice 'smoke'. I havent messed with a 'chemical-based' drug in over 20 years, and I regret doing them at all, now.

As a matter of fact, I am enjoying a mellow 6-beer buzz as I write this....
