I loved that book! What are your thoughts on it so far?
Finished it. Decent read, but not on a par with some of Luceno's previous SW novels...
I thought it was interesting enough. I'll have to read more of his material to make a fair comparison, though

I have started reading The Gunslinger, by Stephen King. After reading everything else from him, it's time to start with The Dark Tower saga.

Having finished 'Project 731', I've now added the Marvel Godzilla series to my list and have gotten through the first three issues.

Skreeonk man. After so long I've finally finished The Terror by Dan Simmons, long book but heavily enjoyable, worth it in the end. I loved the entire Inuit Mythology behind it especially Tuunbaq's origin. One of the best books I honestly read, can't wait for when the TV show based on it airs.

Last Read: The Terror by Dan Simmons

Next Reading: Jurassic Dead 2: Z-Volution by Rick Chesler and David Sakmyster

Excellent book! How are you enjoying it so far? I found it a fascinating read a few years back.

It's a really good book. Reading it, it's really easy to see the book's influence on modern sci-fi. There's so many parallels to things like HALO it's crazy.

Predator: Forever Midnight

I just finished Volume 1 of the Aliens Omnibus (Earth Hive, Nightmare Asylum, and The Female War). They were pretty cool reads.

Currently reading To Kill a Mockingbird. I'm really liking it. I don't understand why parents protest this book, though. If anything it makes children think about race and other issues
I calculated the odds of this succeeding vs the odds I was doing something incredibly stupid, and I went ahead and did it anyways.

Finished Jurassic Park, now onto the Lost World. I enjoy the more horrorific aspects of the books as compared to the films, actually.

I thinking of getting the book "Nothing Lasts Forever" by Roderick Thorp after finding out it was the inspiration for Die Hard.

Now that I have read, and it's really good. A deal darker than the film. Still, it's surprising how many scenes in the book were actually faithfully adapted into the film (dropping C4 down an elevator shaft, using a fire hose to jump off a building to escape an explosion during a helicopter attack.) I'd recommend it.
