Tim - if you revamp Godzilla, like how Marvel did for their comics, it would be neat. Maybe you can have TMNT and some other characters like Hothead (a giant dragon). Or Cyber Samurai Turtles vs Godzilla.

Here's the basics of the trilogy I thought of (my feelings won't be hurt if it's not liked)

1st: Krang and Shredder find Godzilla's skeleton after he was killed in '54 and revive him. They also find four legendary Earth monsters in hibernation: Gamera, Baragon, Anguirus, and Varan and plan to use them with Godzilla to raise the Technedrome from the center of the Earth. The Turtles intervene and while they don't stop Shredder from releasing the three dinosaurian creatures, they are able to get the pendent that connects them to Gamera. With Gamera's help, they break Shredder's hold on Godzilla and defeat the monsters.

2nd: Krang, realizing that they not only have the Turtles in their way but Godzilla and Gamera as well, releases Megaguirus and Legion (and their respective swarms) into the city from Dimension X. Krang also reveals that the Oxygen Destroyer is also a weapon found in Dimension X as well and plan to use it is in someways. While Godzilla and Gamera join together to fight Megaguirus and Legion, the Turtles call on all their allies to help destroy the respective swarms. After the insects are defeated, Krang reveals he fixed the chip that enables to him grow and enhances the suit to take on Godzilla and Gamera himself. The Turtles infiltrate the suit to destroy the chip for good while dealing with new defenses. Before the Turtles destroy the chip, Krang injects Micro Oxygen into Godzilla.

3rd: Godzilla is dying from the Micro Oxygen but wants to so he can rest in peace. Krang brings a baby Iris from Dimension X and gives Shredder a pendent to control the creature. Iris however needs to bond with another creature, so Shredder decides that April would be the perfect one. And to keep Gamera and Godzilla away from Iris, Krang brings out one of his cyborgs: Gigan. During the first attack the Turtles prevent April's capture and Godzilla and Gamera are able to tear apart Gigan. Before Gigan is completely destroyed Krang returns him to Dimension X for upgrades and Iris latches onto Godzilla and sucks more of his energy away in order to become an adult. Shredder attempts another capture of April and succeeds. Before the Turtles can save her, Iris absorbs her into its body, bringing the creature up to full strength, and Shredder orders it to bring the Technedrome back to the surface in the middle of the city. Gamera and a severely weakened Godzilla try to prevent it but an upgraded Gigan is unleashed to keep the monsters busy. Soon Iris appears back in the city with the Technedrome in its tentacles. While the other Turtles infiltrate the Technedrome to shut down the weaponry, Leonardo tricks Iris into absorbing him and slices April free. Without April, Iris weakens, allowing Godzilla and Gamera to defeat it and then destroy Gigan once and for all. Before the Turtles shut down the weapons, Krang fires the laser cannon, tearing into the near-death Godzilla. The Turtles escape before Godzilla, in his dying breath, turns his anger upon the battle station and sends the Technidrome back to the center of the Earth. It concludes with Gamera returning Godzilla's body back to the ocean and himself going back into hibernation.

What do you think?
I was mentioned in the SciFi Japan article about the appearence of extras on the Godzilla vs. Megalon DVD.

After reading Steve Alten's novel, The Loch, and that interesting article that appeared in the latest issue of G-FAN, on the subject of the UK's number one kaiju, Gorgo not getting a long deserved sequel. Likewise Scotland's most famous resident other than Sean Connery has never recieved a decent film based on the beastie. Why not get them in the same flick, and fight it out ?

I read there's a Marvel vs Tatsunoko anime in the works.

Eh no. That era and type of "extreme" cartooning is over.

I always wanted to write a crossover between Devilman and The Guyver before, but I can never seem to get the idea to work.

The top pic is from Gorgo. The bottom pic is using the one from Cutting Room section of the website, on the Toho/Hammer Films almost collaboration, NESSIE. The beast featured is the prop created for the aborted project, which got recycled as a dragon for the flick, Princess of the Moon.

I'd personally like to see a Full Metal Alchemist/Elfen Lied crossover.

Never played the game but I always found that funny as well as the hulk and Godzilla look a likes as well.

Right, well here's a crossover I would like to see but it's in the case of similar character traits or something along those lines. No, it's not the awesomeness that is Superman vs the awesomely underrated Sentry but no instead I would love to see a Flash Gordon/Buck Rogers crossover. Now Dynamite Entertainment does have the rights to both of them and they did recently do a Lone Ranger/Zorro crossover so it would be interesting to see what they would do. Obviously they'll have to do some working around areas with this one, while the Lone Ranger/Zorro crossover can kind of work if you stretch it a little with their time lines but they would have to come up with a good explanation for Buck and Flash meeting up. Oh and Alex Ross MUST do covers!
A proud supporter of just leaving Alienhulk's opinions of films alone and a butthurt non-supporter of the man of steel topic who won't post there until it's merged with the other superman topic.

One crossover I had in mind a while back ,inspired in part by that bit from Revenge of Shinobi, was Blade Vs. Jason. Not a headline fight mind you. But more of a guest appearance in one of the BLADE flicks, or even the sadly short lived series on Spike TV when New Line had both the rights to Blade and Ma Voorhees' Very Special Boy. One of the vampire houses capture Jason, in order to study the slasher's regeneration abilities in order to see it could utilized to make them Daywalkers as well. When Blade inevitably invades this particular house, the vamps, who had been keeping Jason on ice so to speak, pump him full of stimulant, and sick the now hyped up Voorhees on the Daywalker.

I enjoy crossovers since they are fun to read but I think some people take them too serious. Most of them are made for money and fun, I mean no Xeno would be strong enough to hurt Hal Jordan in a real fight. Or a Predator would be strong enough to hurt Superman.

I enjoy the Marvel and DC crossovers from the 90's as a kid and I still enjoy them today. I want to see if I can find some paper backs of them soo
