MARS ATTACKS...

STAR TREK !!!

It was hinted at last year during the IDW INFESTATION 2 panel that there was some thinking towards the third INFESTATION that the Martians were going to be the Big Bad for it. However, in an interview with IDW's Creative Director, Chris Ryall, another INFESTATION isn't in the cards , although something else is. To be revealed later I presume/hope. Anywho, one of the universes laid seige to in the multiuniverse assult by the Martians, would be that of the United Federation of Planets. If Picard, Janeway, and the other outstanding members of the Federation thought the Klingons, Borg, and Dominion were trouble, then the Martians are going to show them what trouble is.

TOHO needs to allow Mars Attacks/Godzilla on the account that the Martians are interested in Godzilla and he was in their movie.

While I'm still in the "I doubt that'll happen column." with regards to the House That Godzilla Built getting the stick out of their tuchas about crossovers with number one guy, and assorted associates. Chris Ryall, the creative director at IDW was able to get the Star Trek:TNG/Doctor Who crossover together after a bit of an uphill battle to convince the BBC to allow it. Soooooo, it a match-up with Godzilla could happen with another property. Maybe once there is a little more enthusiasm for the Big-G gets ramped up with the upcoming flick, maybe TOHO will be up for it.

Also, back on track of a Godzilla/Mars Attacks crossover, I've tried to look up something I found around when I was just starting out on the World Wide Web. Someone had actually done a few Mars Attacks cards, with Godzilla, Mothra, and King Ghidorah inserted into them. I've tried to to find that site a few times since, but my search has not born fruit I'm sorry to say.

I would love to see a crossover between Jurassic Park and old films like The Valley of Gwangi, or Godzilla crossovered with Evangelion. I was thinking of an Aliens/Godzilla crossover comic series.

Speaking of the Crow franchise. I once had an idear for a Crow/Halloween crossover featuring the crow bringing back Myers niece from Halloween 4-6, Jamie Lloyd. Who the Shape ended up doing in the sixth entry, The Curse of Micheal Myers. Brought back by the crow to do in Myers and the Thorn Cult behind the Shape and her misery. Before they can get their hands on Jamie's son Stephen.
Besides, Miss Harris I thought would make for a striking Crow, if you rmemebr in Urban Legends her playing a rather cute goth chick in the 1998 horror flick.

Well we're getting a new video game crossover... That isn't in video game form!? Yes, from Archie Comics we're going to get a crossover with Sonic and.... Mega Man!!! I've only read about the first two issues of mega man but I like what I'm reading so far and I welcome this.

Say, did anyone else read infestation 2? I didn't check out any of the tie-ins just the main title and while better then volume one, it can still be better and oh yeah STILL NO CROSSOVERS WITH OTHER FRANCHISES!!! D:< Unless I'm mistaken and that was in some other issue.

Dynamite Entertainment just announced that they'll be publishing a crossover entitled MASKS, featuring a team up of their stable of pulp heroes Zorro, the Spider, The Shadow, Miss Fury, the Green Hornet, Kato, and a slew of others. I wanted to bump this to post that but couldn't but yeah, I'm stoked! But Ross is not only doing the covers but art for the first issue as well! That's what got me pumped even more plus we've got 3 to 4 characters who are awesome but also inspired Batman in this as well!

Course when it comes to Pulp character crossovers, this is king if you ask me:
