Re: The official dead celebrity thread

I know he lived a long life and I'm happy we was able too, but damn right in the damn childhood.

First, Leonard, then Betsy and now Christoper.

Goddammit I'm afraid on who's next.

Christopher Lee has passed away at 93. Rest in peace.
OMG, I almost predicted this would happen soon - I didn't think I'd be right, Dammit!

Honestly, my eyes are tearing up. Whenever someone said 'Dracula', I would immediately think of Chris Lee. This is hitting me hard. I predict I will be hitting the bourbon HARD tonite...

Rest In Peace, Sir Christopher Lee. Rest In Peace...

In Memorium: Christopher Lee

Post by MandaSaurus »

Few actors have had the impact on the SciFi/Fantasy/Horror genres that Christopher Lee has had. At age 93, he has finally passed. The Great Triumvirate of 50s/60s Horror( the other two being Peter Cushing & Vincent Price )has finally gone into the Night. They are gone... But will never be forgotten.

Thoughts? Opinions?

An end of an era.

A wonderful and legendary actor who has played a number of great characters (Dracula, The Monster, Kharis, Count Dooku, Fransisco, and Saruman). You will be missed ol' great one. You were surely one of a kind.

Regarding Doctor Strange, he would have been perfect for this movie.

I have no shame in admitting that I shed tears for Chris Lee's passing...

Perhaps, SH FiguArts will do him some justice...

As far as I know, the identity of the single person in this plane crash hasn't been identified. But, it is registered to iconic film composer James Horner.

It appears to be official. Terrible news. Horner's score for The Land Before Time is one of his best, highly underrated.

Unfortunately so.

Rest in peace, Horner. You were one of my secret wishes for Godzilla (2014) back when we had no idea who'd be composing.

I'll always remember his score in The Land Before Time.

Tragic, indeed.
