Wisdom Teeth...

Still have mine... granted, I don't even know if they've sprouted yet. I have a very weird mouth.

I remember my experience, as soon as the needle went in my arm, I was out... I then awoke basically in an awkward daze. They told me I was ready to go, and I was like "But wait you didn't pull my teeth!" then my parents kept trying to convince me otherwise, I thought they were lying at the time. Yeah, you'll feel pretty funny for the first few hours.
That night, I actually couldn't talk much because of the pain, so I mainly communicated through sticky notes. And I sounded as if I had a lisp for about a week or so...

Don't worry to much, it'll hurt but it won't be for to long. But do be sure to eat something soft or liquid like soup or something.

Tonsils were worse for me because I got an infection. I couldn't eat and had to go to the hospital. I lost like 12 pounds.

Got them out... it wasnt bad at all..

freaking nurse was asking me about my GF ad while i was talking she stuck me with the freaking I.V

I only got my bottom right one removed a few months ago. It wasn't that bad. I still have to get the bottom left one removed though. The worst part for me was having to drool in a cup. I was so scared of getting the dreaded "dry socket" that I didn't want to risk spitting and removing the blood clot. Just make sure to follow their instructions and not drink through a straw and risk dislodging the clots. I hope everything goes good for ya.

I got mine taken out two years ago (yes very late), and it was an odd experience. They put me under, and I recall the dentist cracking a joke and then... suddenly I was at my house on a couch with a mouth full of blood (it kept bleeding). So I really recall nothing from the span of when I went out that morning to that night when I awoke on my couch.

What followed was a long awkward no-solids diet, and I hated the salt squirter. Still, glad it was done, but wish I had done it sooner.

My brother has an infected (and I think impacted) wisdom tooth.

He's in a lot of pain...but work is more important than getting the tooth out. To him, that is.

21. 22 next month.

I had a sinus infection and it went to my wisdom tooth that's how I found out about them. The worst pain I've ever felt.

I have one wisdom tooth that has ruined what 3 years of braces were meant for. So after getting that bastard pulled I'm going to get invisalign.

I had mine pulled years ago. It was not fun. Thank God for vicadin.
