The latest trailer for How to Train Your Dragon 3. I've got to say, this one has me much more excited for the big finale than the last one. Everything about the editing both pumped me up and tugged at my heart strings. I especially like the music choice for this; no offense to Ed's music, but that cover Tom Petty's Learning Fly (which just so happens to be one of my favourite songs ever) fit way more than Castle on the Hill.

A couple of days ago, I was watching Ringu (1998), a friend of mine that is a huge fan of The Ring franchise came to my house today, and told me that the iconic shot of Sadako´s eye in the last act of the film was not done by Rie Ino´o, the actress that plays Sadako in the film, but instead, the shot was done by a male crew member. That blew my mind off, I never thought that they needed to use a male guy to do Sadako´s eye shot at the end

I'm tempted to say that somehow it's a coincidence, but with all the effort that Dougherty and his crew are putting into this, from Rodan's scenes in the trailer to the fact they'll be using Ifukube's music in the score, there's only one way to describe this:
