My buddy Jamie fixed my PS3 and I've just dove in to Metal Gear Solid 4. And thus ends the story of how good ol' TSC spent 12 dollars on his first Playstation 3 and blu-ray player.

Not only did I get the entire Ai Yori Aoshi manga series in the mail, I also got to see Samurai Rebellion on the big screen. :D

Raided the library book sale, and got a big haul for only 16 bucks. The Daws B. library grows.

I have discovered that no matter how shit a day is, if I watch an episode of Godzilland, I can't help but smile because it's so unbelievably adorable. <3 We need to bring this series back or air it in America.

Absolutely Godzilland is just so much fun :) Best Godzilla related thing from the 90s.

On Topic: Really enjoyed the Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite Story Demo, so so glad X is finally in this series.

Well, first off, my seventh anniversary with my wife (anniversary of our first date; fourth wedding anniversary is two days off still).

Then, I got an unexpected email. The guy who ran sound at my father's memorial service (which was nearly two years ago) had uploaded a very clean audio recording of the entire event (I have portions of it on video, but with only camera audio). Never asked for this, never expected it, and it may be too difficult for me to listen to it for a long, long time, but... we have it.
Tokyo, a smoldering memorial to the unknown, an unknown which at this very moment still prevails and could at any time lash out with its terrible destruction anywhere else in the world.
