Seeing some of the new monster designs from Godzilla: Monster Planet has me stoked! Crossing fingers for even more, but I'll be fine with what we've been shown.

It's from the 2D fighting game Skullgirls. The character you see there is Ms. Fortune.Dawsbfiremind wrote:I think I recognize the one on the bottom right. What's this from?

Yesterday I went to a classical concert, where they played one of my favorite pieces, Mendelssohn's "Hebrides Overture". It was a joy to hear it live.

Watched Thor: Ragnarok with my bud.
My most wanted fight ever is Discord vs Bobobo-bo bo-bobo.
Godzilla has a regen like Wolverine, a skin like Luke Cage, a hero aura like Captain America, a strength like Hulk, an unstoppability like Juggernaut, an immortality like Deadpool.
There's a 'God' in Godzilla for a reason...

The "It's OK to be white" thing has made my day. It's not really a racist statement so seeing people on the left get upset over it gave me a chuckle.

Not really, the right has a lot less people who scream helplessly in the streets wearing genitalia shaped hats.goji89 wrote:Imagine a "It's OK to be Muslim"......The right would flip their shit which in return would give me a hard on...... .
So, people flipping fecal matter like a fry cook gives you a hard on? wow, whatever floats your fetish I guess.

Except that their version of "flipping their shit" too often involves beating people, or shooting them "in self defense," or dragging them behind a pick-up truck for three miles...goji89 wrote:Imagine a "It's OK to be Muslim"......The right would flip their shit which in return would give me a hard on...... .
God, this sure isn't actually what made my day.
Actually, nothing much made my day. My wife's out of town and I'm miserably depressed without her. Like, not even fully functioning as a person. I've spent most of the today contemplating the horrible fact that eventually one of us will die, and the other will be left alone.
Oh! Oh! Saw part of a new edit of one of the segments of our movie, and it's improved substantially over the last version! That made me pretty happy!
And I watched a couple of solid episodes of The Orville.
I'm fucking miserable, though. In a very dark place.
Tokyo, a smoldering memorial to the unknown, an unknown which at this very moment still prevails and could at any time lash out with its terrible destruction anywhere else in the world.
