Gonna go into detail why I like some of these villains.

In terms of likable villains? Heart Roidmude from KR Drive. Cool form, cool fights, and is basically the bastard child of MD Godzilla and Doomsday in terms of powers, and is the noble warrior villain archetype. He doesn't give his comrades/mooks shit if they lose and even helps them out from time to time. Treats every member of his race as an actual friend. One of his closer friends betrays him so that he can find his own path in life yet Heart is truly happy for him albeit sad to see him leave. He even saves Drive from an attack once he found out that one of his comrades was doing some underhanded tactics (next ep even has him forgiving said comrade). He wants to achieve his Ultimate form and the Promised Number through his own effort with no underhanded tactics from his friends. Despite wanting to wipe out mankind and ensure his races' dominance over the Earth, he's pretty fucking bro-tier.

As for villains that you just love to hate? Joffrey from GoT is a great choice. So vile, unlikeable. There's not much to say about him other than he's a complete and total monster (this is a major understatement).

from KR Gaim is a good choice as well. Constantly keeping secrets from his friends. Frequently manipulating and backstabbing everybody. Tried to murder

his actual brother, actually succeeds in killing Kouta (the one person he looked up to) briefly.

Granted he eventually redeems himself for his asshattery but goddamn was it fucking satisfying watching him losing his mind and his world crumbling apart around him as his backstabbing came back to bite him in the ass plus

For PURE EVUL villains, look no further than Darkseid. One of his former henchmen named Sleez mind controls Big Barda and makes her doing sexy dances in a sewer while he films and sells it to Metropolis' apparently booming porn industry. Later on he controls Superman and plans to make a porno with the two of them. What does Darkseid do once he finds out and gets a hold of a copy (why does he have agents on Earth rummaging for porn anyways?)? He shows it to Big Barda's husband, Mr. Miracle. Evil is not simply punching superheroes or murdering countless people.

It'll probably always be Giygas (Giegue). A tragic villain that probably could've been a very powerful ally, but went to the utmost extreme of becoming evil itself just to suppress its pain.
