Nope.

And in other news... Watchmen!

Oh Alan Moore, you're my favorite author but at times you're a major douche bag. And what did DC do that caused Moore to be so pissed off?

The best writers are always crazy. See his Saga of the Swamp Thing run. EPIC comics. PURE WIN.

Well, I know he's brilliant. Watchmen is the best thing I've read next to Akira.

The series was good until the end when it went all to shit...I mean cmon. A bioengeered mass of telepathic brains teleported into the city that's telepathic outburst kills everyone around it.

Stupid.

The movie ending made more sense.

I felt thousands of bloody corpses was much more impactful that vaporizing everbody into dust. I can't STAND the movie. The only person trying was Jackie Earle Haley, who's the bomb in everything by the way.

Sorry Tyler but opinion REVOKED about the movie! :

@Wataru: THANK YOU... about the ending thing. I honestly would not expect the whole world would join hands because of one monster killing a bunch of people in ONE city. I mean, imagine if that happened in the original Godzilla movie.

It's funny how you mentioned how most of the greatest authors are crazy. I mean, look at Frank Miller he's produced a bunch of classics as many as Moore yet he's crazy too but Moore is crazier just for the fact he claims dc "raped" watchmen which I still don't get. And there's always his beard which that alone is crazy looking. :P

But I wouldn't say Swampy and Watchy is his only name to fame. There's V for Vendetta(I need to read that), League of extrodinary gentlemen(REALLY need to read that), his captain britian stuff I heard was pretty good, Miracleman(Yes, dear God I have read some of it! :O), and don't forget his other tales with DC like Whatever happened to the man of tomorrow and killing the joke. Never read KTJ but I LOVED whatever happened to the man of tomorrow as I sort of felt it combines some of the darkness he's done but with that superman feel to it. I REALLY wish he got that one big event book he wanted to do before whatever went down with DC happened.

Only the Blackest Night tie in (yes I'm a noob), which certainly endeared me to the character.

^ZOMFG! YOU'RE TEH NOOBZ BECAUSE.... Stuff!
Right, before I reveal some new news it's Time to reveal some DC properties I'm getting into lately. Black Adam, Hawkman, The Question, and Wildcat. Any suggestions as to what to read, minus the question?

Now onto the big news... Grant Morrison is doing a book called Multiversity, in which it will explore the DC Multiverse and I'm REALLY looking forward to this because well let's face it... GM is a great writer, and it'll be interesting to see his takes on all 52 earths one of which contains that Superboy that Nick really likes. But the REAL BIG NEWS is because of Moore's awesome douchebaggery, we will see a universe that's the homage to watchmen with the charleston characters. So we got a homage, to a homage featuring the characters who were homaged, lol, and also we'll be getting a new captain marvel book called thunderstrike because morrision is tired of calling it shazam

Last year, my good chum and I loved it. And I am planning on buying the hardcovers as soon as I get the cash. That and the hardcovers of Tom Strong.

I kind of wish there was a swamp thing tie-in to blackest night.

Hmmm yeah...I can see Arcane coming back as a Black Lantern. That wouldve pwned all. So much of BN was mediocre. I refuse to read Brightest Day

He's came back waaay too many times, Alec would on the other hand would be interesting. However your opinion on blackest night has been revoked. :\

Now then, it kind of saddens me to know that the wildstorm imprint is coming to an end. :(

ZOMG! You spoiled the twist! D:

Yeah, I know that but I would find it interesting if Swampy had to fight his undead friend.

Also it would of been nice to see how doomsday would play in blackest night.

Doomsday isnt dead. He never dies. That's his unique twist.

Arcane is the obvious Black Lantern. I dought anyone else wouldve come back to haunt him. And Matt Cable wouldve haunted Abby.
