I like Darkseid for being The Big Bad but I like The Flash Rogues - Captain Cold, Mirror Master, Trickster, Captain Boomerang.

So bump a dee bump bump.

I got done with the second volume of JMS' run on wonder woman and I thought it was actually good. The first volume was okay and in the beginning the second volume did drag on too but it got better and better with each issue. I liked it and Wonder Woman now, so tomorrow at the library I'm going to pick up the first volume of George Perez's legendary run on the character as my friend, she's a real wonder woman fanatic(well actually I got two of those, huh. Lol) and she's told me to check that out if I ever wanted to get into Diana. I wanted to wait to finish JMS run before I did and well I did. So off to Some Wonderful Wonder Woman stories.

Another New 52 title is on the chopping block: JLI is being cancelled and replaced by another unnamed title.

Odd how OMAC found his way into JLI after his own book got cancelled, and now JLI is going to be shit canned. I forsee other titles getting canned soon to: Batwing, Firestorm and Hawkman.

I R Sad, Grant Morrison is leaving Action Comics after issue 16. :(

I wish he would of stayed on for another 10 issues or so but that's just me but hey maybe now he can start working on friggin Multiversity! ):<

Oh and I got a new Wonder Woman book from the library, the twelve trials I believe it's called and I also got a flash book too. Showcase Presents: the trial of the flash and... it's a hardcover!?

I've read somewhere the long, long, long, long, long, awaited MULTIVERSITY will be finally coming out next year. And speaking of alternate realities, rumor has it that a Justice League/Justice Society crossover is being brewed. Also, is anyone else here enjoying AQUAMAN as much as I am ?

Seriously? Aw yeah, that rocks!

A league/society crossover? I'll be reading that, that's for sure! I've been meaning to check out those trades who's name escapes me that collects all the classic ones.

And Aquaman? Haven't read him up yet, been meaning too but once I'm all caught up flash wise and GL as well I'll definitely hit him up!

Aquaman is possibly one of the top 10 best of the 60 titles released so far the past year. I couldnt believe how bad ass Arthur could be! If you liked Aquaman, check out Resurrection Man.

I heard the Joker was going to make a reapperance, does anybody know where and when? I haven't been reading the New 52, but I might pick up and issue if he returns.
Before it can be filmed, drawn, acted or programed, it must be written.

He was already in Detective Comics #1 (9/2011).

I had read an article on the story of the Joker's big comeback, and it had indicated that the Joker featured in Detective was actually Nightwing using a holographic disguise for some operation. And other the Clown Prince of Crime's face hanging on a peg at the issue's end, the Jack Napier hadn't put in an official appearance as of yet in the DCnU.

Post the link to the article, because the year off Joker was away planning his revenge from 9/2011 to 10/2011 is a part of the story.

From the article:
The Joker's first New 52 appearance saw him captured in the pages of "Detective Comics" #1, and issue that ended with Batman's archnemesis voluntarily allowing the Dollmaker to carve off his face while incarcerated in Arkham Asylum. Snyder and Capullo depicted The Joker in "Batman" #1 -- although the issue later revealed it to be an undercover Dick Grayson using holographic technology.

Point proven.

So I'm looking to get into Batman. I was just gonna watch the Animated Series but the boxsets are like $40-60 and I was like skreeonk that. I remember Jon Leo on the old forums gave me a list of graphic novels to check out but I can't go back and see now. I've read Dark Knight Returns but that's about it and it's not even in the 'official' Batimeline.
