He was never actually a cartoon. He was a prop. But he did appear once to sing and dance for kids...

Chrysalis, Queen of the Changelings. Definitely one of FIM's more awesome villains. I don't know if she tops Nightmare Moon or Discord, but she's gotta be third place, at least.

I didn't cry when ash died, sending his best friends into tears... but I bawled like a baby when charizard started crying when he got his head stuck in that pipe in "Pikachu's Vacation".

I don't even know...

Because Ash was (IMO) a over-confident loser, but Charizard was a badass fire-spitting dragon.
