Eeyup. I get mine from DeviantArt or Google Images. Not sure what you mean by how you can use them, though.

^ If I'm understanding the problem correctly: right click on the picture, then click 'properties'. Highlight the URL, copy it, and paste it into the 'link off-site' box on your Edit Avatar page. You can then resize it as needed, though some pictures can't be displayed correctly in the 100 x 125 pixels we have to work with.
