Last bit? We still need Battra (Larva and Imago), Mothra (Larva and Imago), Mecha King Ghidorah, and a few more before we're done with Heisei.

As for Orochi, he might be a shoe in because of the Utsuno IIkusagami Prototype. Ether way it would consume bank accounts .
