Odd? They are showing up on my end. Try refreshing the page, and if that fails click the link below the Rodan picture and scroll down. Hope that helps.

I'm expecting that AmiAmi will have King Ghidorah up for preorder either tomorrow or sometime this weekend.

Update!

King Ghidorah is up on AmiAmi for 7200 yen!!! That's around $91.00! Sweet!

^ Just Pre-ordered it off of AmiAmi. 7200Y (£60) is a good chunk off the original price. Thanks for the heads up ZM91! Gotta love AmiAmi.

EDIT:
And what do you know? the first scalper for it has appeared on ebay:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Bandai-S-H-Mo ... 2c65c3b6f5

For that price? NO WAY.

Obviously, SotC is ahead... by 104 votes. Positions still seem to be the same, but Biollante has 150 votes. I'm knda (not) surprised by the overall low numbers in this poll.

Anybody know what the shipping on KG will be?

Also, I noticed that Space Godzilla was some 50% off @ Hobby Search but I missed it. The lowest I see it now would be off of Amazon for ~75 with free shipping. I saw it on amiami for cheaper but the shipping, even with SAL, would make it more I believe. I am not too familiar with the pricing of these Monsterarts figures, if they fluctuate much or where the best place to get them is. Is this the way to go? Or are sales like that one frequent?

It's at times like these that I appreciate the fact that I live on Guam. EMS shipping for me at most, for MonsterArts figures, is at least $10 to $15. So for KG I'm looking at a total investment of around $100 to $105, which I'm happy with when compared to the price at ToyFreakz.

That $91 sure is enticing but the shipping is a terrifying prospect, considering how much bigger Ghidorah is. I am wondering if I should wait until it's available without having to pay for international shipping, or if somebody will offer it for even less.

I'm guessing Amiami is probably my best bet.

You don't have to take my word for it, but at the moment, Amiami would be the best place for you to get Ghidorah. Even if shipping is a bit pricier for you, you'd still be saving a lot of dough compared to the other places selling the figure for a much higher price. But you know, it's your money, and choice.

Go with Amiami and choose the SAL Registered shipping option. With previous experience under my belt, I'm predicting shipping will be around/just under $20 for me and with Registered you do actually get a way of tracking the shipment. If I nab this for $120 shipped, then it will probably still be less than I would pay from any American dealers...

I concur with Capt. Aktion. SAL Registered should be around $20. Shipping for my MOGERA was around $18-19, & MOGERA is 'chunky' & has some metal parts. KG is big, but has no metal parts - weight should be pretty close( those wings - while impressive - don't weigh diddly ).

At the next Bandai/Tamashii event, I predict SHMA Biollante & Adult Dessy will be announced. Among others.

Depends. So far, the turn outs for the surveys have been ~3 months for the announcement of what character won, and even longer for the prototype. Cell was announced the winner of the Figuarts poll in March, and we're expecting a prototype at SDCC, if we get one at all. And the recent D-Arts megaman poll hasn't even had an announced winner yet, and that was earlier this year.

I have a feeling that since it was closed off for new additions, Bluefin has all the info they need for the first SHMA poll. I am disappointed at the turnout of votes overall. I though more people would vote.. Guess not. :?

Oh well, at least the US is getting a Megazord release, apparently.

If anyone is dying to get the Garuda set and is willing to pay high buck then this could be your chance if your willing to take the risk.

Thanks, gents. Sounds like Amiami is the way to go for Ghidorah. Any thoughts as for Space Godzilla? Is the ~$75 + free shipping on Amazon the best I'm going to get?

Has Bluefin announced that they are definitely making figures based on the winners of these polls? I assumed they were just using them as a guide to get a feel for what people want. But they can so easily be manipulated (see SOTC), and who’s to say that all the voters are going to buy them, I would hope they wouldn’t use them as a set-in-stone guide for what they’re going to make.

I am hoping Manda is right about Adult Destroyah and Biollante – not only because they were the big vote getters, but because they’re in the Heisei series, and they’re big names, they seem like the logical next steps anyway. Perhaps they were working on them before the poll even started. Fingers crossed.

All polls are "to steer the direction of the line." However, Vegeta, Trunks, Cell, Gallantmon/Dukemon, Jiraiya, Knight Blazer, and I'm sure others have received either a release or a prototype because of a poll held by Tamashii Nations, and Vegeta, Trunks, and Cell, off the top of my head, were made because they placed first or second in a Facebook poll, and Vile was brought over to the US as a normal release, similar to Little Godzilla, because of a recent D-Arts facebook poll.

During the Figuarts poll where Cell won, someone rallied up their friends to vote for Krillin, and he won by quite a bit. However, Bluefin caught on to it and completely ignored Krillin. Rightfully, he did get the most votes, but it was considered ballot stuffing. A similar action occurred recently with SotC where a particular section of the internet got together and threw wild votes at SotC just so it would win.

Tamashii Nations, overall, isn't like other figure companies. They actually bother to listen to the fanbase, even those not in Japan, too. Hell, the DBZ Figuarts do better here than in Japan, apparently.
