I see that there is one based off of the suit that was actually made for the aborted "Mothra vs. Bagan" film (the grey and black one), as well as the (brown) design from Super Godzilla. The red and black one is based off of some concept art, and I believe (but don't quote me on this) was for the proposed "final" Heisei film when it was going to be "Godzilla vs. Bagan".

THe Red and black was concept art. The brown from game. The grey and black one is actually the suit made for the Godzilla movie, I believe.

EDIT: I realized I didn't really answer all of your questions; I only consider it one of a kind because of the paint job, I don't know that other collectors would look at it the same way. Pretty simple I guess, my rarest Toho related figure has to be my Memorial Box Black Mechagodzilla w/tag.

I'm gonna have to change my answer, my rarest Toho related figure has to be my Bandai Rebirth of Mothra Mamma Mothra w/box that I purchased several weeks ago. Can be seen in my unboxing video below..

The rarest figure in my collection has to be the standard 8 inch Godzilla 1991 (Closed Mouth) from Bandai. It is just such a great figure ... Rock hard though .

I don't really have any *rare* or *vintage* figures (not really my thing), although several of my Gigabrains/Marmits aren't particularly easy to find.
