Yeah, that Gamera is freakin' FABULOUS! Here are the links to the new announcements...

Painted prototype of 30cm Gamera, painted 25cm 1968 Godzilla prototype, and unpainted 25cm 1968 Anguirus. They all look good but I think the Gamera looks AMAZING!

I guess I'm wierd but I think Gamera should always be um..."cute". 95 or Showa for me all of the way. He's a children's character after all. If they make a Showa Gamera I'll probably buy it. Until then I'm holding out hope for a King Seesar and a 30cm Gomess.

Thanks for posting the links BradleySimmons.

If my Japanese is correct (and it's been known to be wrong before  haha), the pre-orders go until Aug. 20th, 6pm. G68 comes with a Minya exclusive around 15cm ( zzzzz...). I *think* it says that Angilas comes with with an Lunar SY3 exclusive (now this pretty cool if correct), but I will try to confirm this later on (Japanese gf is out of town to help me confirm my translation).

I need to see the painted version of Angilas before making up my mind on it...it would be the one I'm most interested in. Looks great in the second complete body profile pic, but the angle of the first pic makes its snout seem a little short (again, could just be the angle).

As for the 68 Godzilla...eh, just not feeling this one (I already have the Xplus Gonad Goji 71, and judging from these pics alone it seems like a superior figure to this).

I have absolutely no interest in a 30 cm Gamera...

That Godzilla and Anguirus '68 sure look smexy!
Sigh... too bad I'll have to pass on them for now. :(

That Gamera, though, looks AWESOME!

Damn! I'm gonna have to buy all the damn toys! The rocket ship pack-in for Anguirus would be great!
I hate to say this, but I bet we see a Ghidorah scaled to the 25cm before we ever see a 30cm one.
Maybe this means a Goro, etc.. from the DAM line, all in 25cm.

Hi Frank - I got an email today from X-Plus, who said they're also working on a 25cm Gorosaurus and Varan as well. So, probably the full DAM line in 25cm eventually.

Very nice! I'll be getting King Ghidorah when it eventually comes out.

Turns out, I MAY buy Anguirus first, and get Godzilla later rather than getting them both at once. As for the other monsters, I'll pass on the 25cm Varan since I already have the 30cm one (which is on its way to me at the moment). If 25cm Gorosaurus comes out next year, I'll definitely get that figure!

By the way, do any of you know when the 25cm Goji and Angy are coming up for preorder?

I knew it! So maybe we'll see a 30cm Ghidorah in a couple years as their last figure before they move on to new series.
I like the fact that they are also continuing with the special exclusive pack-ins. I wonder what the Gorosuarus pack-in will be if any?

They can be pre-ordered now on the X-Plus website but from retailers such as Hobby Search, I'm unsure. Likely, in the next few days though.

I'll be ordering from Hobby Search. I don't do the middle man service thing.
Yeah, after I get the 30cm Titanosaurus, I think I'm gonna stick with the 25cm series for now on when it comes to X-Plus figures. They have much more detail than their 30cm counterparts, and definitely worth the price in my opinion.

Also, turns out, my Dad will now be ordering Anguirus for me as an 'early' Christmas present for when I return home to the states for the holidays (though he'll reserve one as soon as preorders go up). I'll be buying myself Godzilla first to go with my 25cm Gigan, and MechaGodzilla.

Only the RIC Boy Anguirus exclusive comes with the Moonlight SY-3. Standard sales there is no Moonlight SY-3 included.

Question Kaiju NO Mura....is credit card the only way to pre-order these things? Or can I do it through bank transfer through my Japanese Post Office bank account? Bank transfer/paying a post office bill form (which I guess could best be described as a Japanese version of what we call "money orders" back in the states) is how I pre-order my Marmits (and the GB King Ghidorah ) as well...

The exclusives directly from RIC Online shop only accept credit card or cash on delivery.

The 25cm Godzilla and Anguirus '68 as well as the 30cm Gamera '96 are now up for preorders at Hobby Search.

I already reserved myself the Godzilla 1968 figure. I'll eventually reserve Anguirus. Gamera I'm passing on.

Thanks for letting us know Zilla! On my way over to pre-order the Gamera! :)

No problem, Brad!

I reserved Godzilla yesterday. Now I cracked down and reserved myself Anguirus too. XD

UPDATE:

I got my 30cm Varan earlier today! It is very awesome, the translucent spikes are a really nice touch.
Here's a picture of it with my 25cm MechaGodzilla.

*Mind you, I used a bright flash for this photo.
