Indeed, the exclusive is "rose-form" Biollante, 14cm. The latest pictures make the 30cm G89 look a little better. After some missteps the latter half of last year X-Plus has really stepped it up for me...Everything since the 25cm G 67 has been top notch in my book, and the Mothra, resin Kiryu and this Godzilla all have me super excited as well.

For those that don't want to/know how to use a proxy service to buy the online exclusives, Monster Planet Toys is taking orders for the web exclusive X-Plus stuff.

Just a friendly FYI.

No probs.

Again, they also sent out a coupon for 5% off one of the news X-Plus figures OR MonsterArts.

Last I checked, though, they were re-designing their shop.

Just bought myself X-Plus' Gigan figure from their Toho Large Monster Series - my first X-Plus figure, period.
It should be here by next week (this week if I am very lucky).

I've decided that I'll buy X-Plus figures once every several months because those figures really do pack a punch into your wallet.

Hey, was anyone able to get the unpainted pics for the 30cm G'89 saved to their computer before they got replaced? Appreciate it if you could pass them along!

Thanks, I needed two of those, but not the Hobby Search tagged ones. I think there was a third untagged one...anyone?

I just preordered myself the Godzilla 1989 just now at Hobby Search.
Had to cancel some other preorders because of this, but this figure is worth it.

I thought XPLUS already made a BioGoji sculpt, this one looks a little different, but it seems weird that they would make the same sculpt twice.

it's not the same sculpt. it's the same suit but the sculpt is completely different. the 1st sculpt was in the 25cm scale.

they've been doing sculpts in both scales for quite some time now.

Mother F'er. So I think I might jump on this internet exclusive Kiryu. Pre-painted, pre-assembled (as far as I know), and resin. I really like Kiryu. Anyone have any ideas why I shouldn't before I do?

There's a chance it might be cheaper on ebay eventually? But I don't know if I want to risk that.

Is Monster Planet Toys legit?

Yes. I've ordered both MonsterArts web exclusives from there, both shipped in a reasonable time frame.

Can you hook a brother up with any of those coupon codes?

I had to pay for Fire Rodan some way... Sorry! I do believe they are one per person.

I don't have the code anymore, anyway. I deleted the email.

hey quick question for all the hobby search users, when you preorder an item from them do they charge your card right when you preorder, or when they get it in stock?
