Anybody know when Bandai might announce what is being released this year?

Probably a ResurgentGoji and that's it.

Probably because people are waiting for actual news on this new figure, instead of bogging it down with spam

We have a slowly-dying thread for G14 toys, that's why no one bothered to post it here.

I got the figure recently. It's pretty nice. Wasn't a fan of its "victory roar" stance at first but it actually looks rather cool in hand. However, if you're looking for a big Godzilla 2014, I'd go with the NECA 12" figure instead.

It's also 10" by the way, not 12".

Not a fan of the coloration or the unpainted inside of his mouth....but maybe that's the camera angle/flash. I'll still grab one if I see it.

Ah yeah. That lack of paint on the hard palate is a real eyesore. :? All mine have lots of detail there. Into the trash it goes!

@Godz - Couldn't take a better picture when I took that one. Not a great angle and my camera's flash has the intensity of the sun. The stock photo is more accurate (minus the lack of pupils) -

The tongue is painted. You don't really notice the lack of paint on the roof of the mouth unless you're looking at it from below it like in that picture.

Oh, good, so it DOES have pupils, I see that on your photograph now. Still don't dig the coloration or the stubby spikes, but, like I said I'll still get one, heh.

Damn! I still gotta get that 6 inch figure. I saw it for $5 on the TRU site on cyber monday, and I regret not buying it.

Why does my 12 inch FW Godzilla look like KiryuGoji in the face?

12" GFW is a hollow toy. If its in a heated storage department expect some deformities. My main grip aside from the not-so accurate head is its ankles. They don't point out with direction of his knees!

The fact that they gave the figure the Final Wars body but the KiryuGoji face is the reason I have never picked that figure up. Cost and space are also concerns, since I always felt it a smidge overpriced, but if it were more accurate that wouldn't have been such an issue.

^Doubt it.
I'm almost certain this line is dead at this point. We haven't heard about anything new since the release of the 12 inch G'14.
