Anraku Ansaku is releasing their first licensed figure through Medicom and it's Mothra! 12 inches and ~$130. Two variants to choose from. I like the stylized aesthetic of the face, so hopefully they do more.

It's a festival kit, so direct sales are at Wonderfest. (Which iirc has already past, so it was likely just preorders there). You're only bet is second hand. So around 11/15 start stalking YAJ and don't expect a lot of quantity or a low price.
