Eh, I'm tempted, but I usually do not preorder items through ebay... trust issues.

However, I may make the exception.

I just sent one of the sellers a question asking if the pre-order is legit. But even then that price is nuts so unless a miracle happens Burning Godzilla is too hot to handle ... pun intended :P.

Eh, I might as well wait till I actually see images of the ACTUAL product.
Plus, I have a lot of preorders under my belt right now, so adding on another $200.00 purchase will be really pushing it.

Damn, if only my sister would only go to Comicon on my behalf since she lives at least 30 minutes outside San Diego. Argh!
Most likely I'll have to pass on Burning G... as much as it pains me. And who knows, perhaps in the near future, after comicon, Burning G will be offered as a Tamashii web exclusive or have an actual market release. One can only wish.

Screw It, I went ahead and brought the last one from 3rd-millenium-toys. £144 is pretty steep but considering it is a Convention exclusive + plus the seller seems pretty trust worthy ( Contacted the seller prior to buying) and is willing to make the effort of getting it so the price is slightly more justified.

Besides. After the event some greedy twit will put one up somewhere and over price it in a flash. Think $200 is bad? ( Well it still is depending on your prefernce) Just wait til Comic-Con is over ...

:(. I'm sorry but don't you think there might be another way to get it? I hate to see another fan get fleeced like that.

I appreciate your concern, but considering what happened with the Garuda I wouldnt count on Burning Godzilla showing up for some time and by then getting it would be even harder so I am willing to take the risk. After all, people are willing to shelve out hundereds of dollars and pounds for vinyls ( Even more for X-plus figures).

Yeah sure, they may be other ways to get it, but the question is would it be worth the risk and price by then? And if one with a good price show up then well thats what I'll get for taking the plunge.

^ Dude, you're way into it more than I am! Hahahaha

I'm just going to wait till the day comes. If more show up on Ebay, then yeah I'll get myself one if the price is right, but if not, then screw it, I just won't have a Burning G. That doesn't mean I won't try getting one. I'll feel more comfortable when I see actual product photos than just relying on a preorder through Ebay.

Lol XD. Seems I skipped Mougera in good time then :P

You may get lucky and find one, and kudos to you if you do. But at least your getting TWO X-plus figures and thats no amount of money I will ever throw.

Yeah, you skipping Moguera had it's upside for sure.

And I hope I do. However for the two figures I bought, Gigan was $114.00 on Hobby Search ($144.00 total with EMS shipping), and Godzilla 1989 is currently priced at $190.00, but I'll be utilizing my store points, so I'll be buying him at $187.00 instead (shipping still is unknown right now).

Oh my god....

Burning Godzilla won't be that much come SDCC. Look at all of the other monsterarts figures that haven't been released yet on eBay; the prices are astronomically high.

That's... That's not right.

You guys seen anything online about a 'Tamashii Destroyah' & a 'Tamashii GMK Godzilla'? The pic of the Dessy is the aggregate one, & is super-detailed - it COULD be SHMA. The GMK Goji in the pic looks kinda clunky, but it could be a rough prototype. Saw 'em on YouTube.

Tried looking for it but could only find some false pictures which were apparently a hoax saying destroyah would be the SDCC 2011 exclusive. Couldn't find anything else but im dying to see what he looks like lol.

Please do not trust any preorders, we have not officially announced the Godzilla exclusive. It will NOT be named burning godzilla

Naw... You guys aren't looking out for us at all

Quality customer care. Another reason why I love Tamashii.

Got my Spacegodzilla and surprisingly my Mechagodzilla today. Pretty pissed that Spacegodzilla's left wrist seems to pop off with the slightest touch though. Same with my Godzilla. Seriously, WTF? Anyways, video reviews and possibly something else coming later tonight.

Seriously hoping that particular figure is still the SDCC Godzilla exclusive, whatever its name ends up being...

Out of curiosity, has there ever been a term for this version of Godzilla aside from "Burning"?
