Oh God, F' me...Little Godzilla is REALLY going to test how invested in this line I am...

Damnit. I honestly didnt care for this line back when it was just Godzilla and MechaGodzilla. But now the entire line is growing on me so fast...

I have a feeling I'm about to drop a lot of money sometime soon...

Even after the single purchase I am going to need a break!

HLJ charges a lot for shipping towards Guam so on top of $125.00, I have to pay an extra $96.00 totaling to at least $221, unless they follow their policy and deduct shipping cost for an item over $100. Since I am relying on a monthly allowance plus what I earn from my summer job, I will have to hold off on buying new items for some time afterwards. I doubt there will be any new MonsterArt releases (at least in the Godzilla line) for 2012 after King Ghidorah. If there is then it'll have to wait till Christmas.

If I were to get Ghidorah, I would probably ask for it for Christmas while I get the cheaper figures with my own cash. I'm debating about Ghidorah since I'm wondering if I get it that I would have too many Ghidorahs on my shelves, but I'll see.

This will actually be my first non mecha King Ghidorah figure. And what a spectacular way to start! This will be THE Heisei Ghidorah.

Hobby Search has Spacegodzillas out now. They even have pictures of it in the box and everything. Don't care that I'm showing you guys this since I'm probably going to get my SG a few months from now.

Am I the only one a little disappointed that there's seemingly no articulation to KG's wings? I'm sure they go forward and back, but if you're going to make them "super articulate" then it would be nice to be able to "curl" his wings inward or whatever...that's one way, that so far, the Revoltech line has proven to be pretty amazing. FULL articulation.

I'm sure that the wings are articulated to some degree, but not to the point that you can curl them forward.
My main interest how articulated the necks and tails are.

As articulated as the tails have been thus far, I'd assume.

Gunjap just posted a bunch of photos of the UX-01-92 Garuda Limited Pack for MG.
Mine apparently has been shipped so I'll be getting it hopefully this coming week or next week.

KG's wings don't curl inwards. And in Revoltech, only one kaiju fits your bill- Gyaos (And MA has Heisei Rodan). Rodan and Mothra's wings are flappers too.

Even the Heisei Ghidorah suit couldn't curl the wings. They were quite stiff on it, too.

Can you imagine if the wings were articulated? What a nightmare that would be. They'd flop down all the time. It would be ridiculous. Its ridiculous to expect the same type of wing articulation as the light, tiny Revoltechs.

I'm hoping KG's necks won't be too articulated. Base of the neck and the head would be alright with me.

So basically, as much articulation as a Bandai? Naw, that's ridiculous for something that prides in being articulated. I'm not sure why you would want KG at that price point if he's going to have such little poseability (don;t forget KG's poseability stems almost entirely from his necks). You'd be better off getting a statue. This is the first time we can actually make lifelike moviements with KG's necks, son't see why you don't want that (yes, he does have like 6 or so neck joints).

Noooo, Rodan's wings can curl, too.

Is it sad that in the review a few posts back, I could tell that those hands were for the flight mode of Mechagodzilla?

Ball joints on the neck/torso and neck/head joints with a hinged jaw on each head... That's 9 joints ....already more articulated than a Bandai.... 2 hinges for the wings, 6 joints for the legs, one for the torso and that's 18 points... And look at those tails.... Just basing it on Goji they'll have over ten poa each. That's almost 40 points of articulation. A figure with that much plastic and articulation engineering is nothing short of an achievement. I'm not saying that the necks only have 2 poa each. I'm merely stating that I'd be okay if they did.

So no one actually knows yet how articulated Ghidorah's necks are?

Nope.

I... GUESS this was displayed with the others, too. Don't know if in the MonsterArts line, though.

Also, something pretty. Happy fapping.
