This is a general guide to PRE-ORDER X-Plus standard and limited edition figures outside of Japan.

Purchase of any STANDARD X-Plus future releases you can go to any of these sites I have listed:

http://www.amiami.jp/shop (AmiAmi)
http://www.1999.co.jp/eng/ (Hobby Search Japan)
http://www.hlj.com/ (Hobby Link Japan)

There are others sites, but these three are generally the better of them. All three sites I listed are retailers in Japan that ship internationally. Small discounts are generally given for pre-orders. It is always best practice to check all available sources to get the best and cheapest deal.

Now on to what everyone probably really wants to know. How do I pre-order the X-Plus internet limited edition exclusives?! Having a friend in Japan that is willing to do it for you is probably the best and cheapest way to go. But if you have no such friend, then your other choice is to go thru a kaiju dealer who is flipping hopefully for a reasonable price to you. Another option is to go thru a proxy who will charge you service fees to use their services to buy directly from X-Plus Rick Boy Stores.

Going thru a proxy is probably the better choice. But as always compare the pricing between the kaiju dealer and proxy. It is best practice to check their service and fee information. When in doubt you can always email those services for clarification. There are different proxies. I have only listed a few.

Here are some proxy:

This next part is if you have decided to use a proxy to obtain the X-Plus limited edition versions. You will need to send the link of the item you want to the proxy. X-Plus has only 2 official online stores for their limited edition versions. The first shop (Rick Boy Shop) is for their internet exclusive pre-orders only! The second shop (Rick Boy Amazon Shop) is for sales once the item has actually been released.

ALSO, before someone complains they cannot read Japanese. There are many online translators like google, babel fish, etc. All which suck, so it does not matter which one you like to use. For this example i used google translator for the Rick Boy Shop:

Getting a pop-up translator tool like Rikaichan is another (better) alternative to translator sites. Just install the add-on and download a dictionary file. This is especially helpful if, like me, you know some Japanese but don't recognize enough kanji to quickly read through a page. This saves you the time of looking up terms individually.
Now it's dark...

Great info. Also try Otacute

I've purchased many times from them and they've been every bit as good a Hobby Search.

Thanks, but I'll pass on collecting all of the X-Plus figures. The only one I would buy is the Ebirah mold.
