Most Comic shops will have it mid-month. The estimated release date is Sept. 14th, 2011. If you haven't seen the cover for it, its fantastic:

I've been getting all 3 8-)

I can't wait for #4. 3 was iffy, more of a build up of events than continuation of the story, so hopefully this will deliver.

I'll probably get the less badass cover. That's how it's been the entire time.

That 'Godzilla looking through the window' cover may be my absolute favorite Godzilla cover IDW has released as of yet.

It's the "Next month!" pic at the end of Issue 3. But it sounds like Ghidorah and Gigan won't make it.

The new issue is supposed to be out this Wednesday, the 7th, according to my comic shop's online shipment thing. Of course, I'm skeptical on that, as it's not 100% reliable.

Just got GAG #4 and it is probably the best issue thus far.

SPOILERS (nothing way too big, but just in case, I don't want anyone calling me an asshole for spoiling it)

As expected, giant monsters show up all over Japan to cause trouble, and the action looks great. Rodan looks a little weird with his pseudo-bat wings, but still good. Gigan and Ghidorah don't appear (they've already been dismissed earlier), but I was totally blown away to find out that Titanosaurus shows up for the first few pages! He possibly has the greatest designs of the monsters in the comic, to boot.

Takahashi has now grown from being a powerful gang boss to an evil villain that seeks world domination. Is it new? No. Is it cool? Arguably so. Sato and his son formulate a plan to enter the G-Force Training Facility (yes, G-Force appears). They meet up with Sato's other son, Koji, and attempt to bring MechaGodzilla (a very early model, apparently) back to action ...

So bottom line, it's mostly just flashy fan-service, but it was an epic read. Can't wait to see how #5 goes!

So after one read through here are my thoughts. I really enjoyed the issue. Maybe not as much as I enjoyed the previous three but when all five are read as one this will be the moment we all hold our breath before the final 30 minutes of the movie. Story wise It really is building to an epic finish. I really don't want to spoil it for anyone as the surprise at the end is almost as good as the Battra reveal in KOM. We get to see a lot more monsters if only in one or two panels each but they are all highly detailed and very well drawn. My only problem with this issue are some of the later pages. The human faces seem some what rushed. I really would love to see this team move on to the main book as it really needs someone with an understanding of the mythos who didn't once just own a Shogun Warriors Godzilla.

Oh, good lord, two comics in a row? At least this one is better... If you read it, you'll know what I mean.

I wasn't too happy with #4. For some reason, I feel like this one... Was, I dunno, rushed? Really, a great issue, but with all of the hype I've been hearing, I expected... More.

Well, the series concludes next month, guys! I must say, I'm gonna miss it. I've been enjoying this series a lot more than KOM, but after that we have Godzilla: Legends, which I'm pretty psyched about. I wonder who the artist for issue two will be...
