Look awesome. More detailed than Bandai Creashit and more articulation than them, too. Can't compare with any other line unfortunately since I'm a cheap bastard.

Finally got my first Revoltech figure, Rodan. After hearing what people had to say, I thought that Revoltech's were the size of gahaspoon figures. I was quite impressed by the figure when I got it today in the mail. The detail and wingspan on this figure is insane. For a figurer that is less than 5 inches tall, it is pretty beast.

Don't have any of these yet, but I'll probably get the Gyaos or Anguirus first. Don't have an Anguirus at all (plus he's awesome), but Gyaos is a bit cheaper and the best Gyaos figure ever.

Godzilla-wise? I believe a few.

Rodan
Baragon
Adult Mothra
Gigan-Coming Soon
Anguirus-Coming Soon
Showa Moguera
Maser Cannon

That's pretty much it. Though people are still waiting for an actual Godzilla figure. If one does arrive, I hope its not the Final Wars Godzilla.

Kaiyodo isn't allowed to make figures of Godzilla, Ghidora and Mechagodzilla in the Revoltech line. Bandai has the exclusive Japanese license for accurate, action figures of these three.

Revoltech seems more interested in the Showa series. Which makes more sense considering the articulation potential and the fact that this era is the only one adult Japanese collectors give a rat's anus about. And explain to me the articulation possibilities in a fatass like Space Godzilla?

It seems like the later Heisei monsters are popular since they have appear in other Godzilla media like the video games for example.

HS, they aren't popular in Japan. At all. The video games are mainly American, where they are more popular.

A hell lot more than Moguera and maybe even Gyaos, that's one thing for sure.

How is there articulation possibilities in a bulky mech like Moguera? Never saw that giant thing as a super-posable figure.
A King Ghidorah would be nice, would love to see them work with that.
And if they have Gamera and Gyaos, they should also make Legion and Irys.

The Atari games are made for kids in this country. The Revoltech figures are made for collectors in Japan. BIG difference there. Aside from one Marmit and the Bandai toy (which has been using the same lame mold since 1994) no one really makes Space Godzilla figures in Japan. The demand isn't there.

Yet Revoltech did one. And one for a maser cannon as well. So, I'm preety sure they can make cool articulation for pretty much any kaiju, be it Spacegodzilla, Orga or Minya.

Anyway, it sort of sucks that they can't do oen for MG. A Showa MG Revoltech would have looked great

^There's already a Chokogin, plus Bandai's done him a couple times.
