Hey I am trying to make this stop motion project and the joint in my Revoltech Baragon’s neck is way too loose and it’s causing problems. Does anyone here know how I can fix loose Revoltech joints? Like the thing can’t even hold a pose anymore

Not sure about fixing, but you can buy bunches of Revoltech joints on ebay and just swap that dud out for a fresh one. Slow shipping from China, but pretty cheap.

That’s probably what happened. When tamashii started the SHMA line they prevented revoltech from making a Showa Godzilla. That’s why the series stopped. What’s the point if you can’t make the big G

It's a shame these were canned after so few (great) releases. They touched characters BANDAI probably won't even touch with pinchers. But you're right, without the main guy it makes no sense to continue at all. That was the reason I sold my Revoltechs back in the day.

One does not acquire that Varan for it is a custom.

It actually was sold in 2 limited quanitiy batches between last year's and this year's Wonderfest. Even got the golden Toho sticker on its box.

Its sculpter has a Twitter account. I.e - the same sculpter responseble for that Bagan mold that popped up recently.

Third-party TFs can get away with it because the majority are original designs or are unique molds of characters Takara/Hasbro will never make (see: MP Headmasters). They're also a lot less strict with cease-and-desists than Toho, who would unquestionably hammer down any manufacturer that tries to mass produce something like the Varan.
