You guys I'm thinking of taking one for the team and will bite in purchasing the bootleg shows ghidorah. Anyone know a legit place to buy one?

I got mine off of eBay from a guy named "kai88998," and you know what, it is not half bad. I was actually surprised at the quality. Well-painted, all six eyes are fine, no terrible joints. It did, however, come out of the box with some serious paint fumes, but that will hopefully take care of itself.

Thanks for listing the seller, I was able to search their name and got the figure from them as well so I knew it wasn't a scam. If it was the full price of an SHMA KG I wouldn't have gotten it, but it looks like it's worth the price.

Sorta related, is there anywhere I can get some effects parts from the original KG? I got one from ebay a few years back that wasn't complete for a decent price & I'd be willing to pay for the rest of the parts separately as long as the total price of the figure & effects is still under the going rate for him. Thanks.

In hindsight, especially considering how big ghidorah is, I really wish they would've made their 2019 figure bigger, similar to what they did with Shin. a 7 inch figure would've been nice, and probably more accurately sized with Ghidorah.

Ok I caved and ordered the 3rd party 64 Ghidorah... just add a thin golden wash to it and some detail work it will rock.... As for 95 Gamera. Yeah Gamera Party!!! Just need some villains now! So we now have 3 versions of Gamera, a shit ton of different Godzilla's... and 1 Kong. Come on Bandai...Kong needs some back up.

I got Ghidorah2019 today and while I like it it is so hard to get it to stand

I find it quite funny how BANDAI/Tamashii said in an older interview (no, I don't remember which one) how sales for Godzilla-related figures are way up in years when new movies are released. Then I look at the 2019 release schedule and find the line to be almost dead. Well, except for the obvious 3 (!) KOTM releases. I'm just wondering, since there have never been less Godzlla SHMA items per year than in 2019. Not even close. The 2nd lowest was 5 items. In 2016 - also a year with a live action movie release. In 2017 Tamashii then surprised us with 13 individual releases, 2018 had 7 (both years incl. loads of repaints). Anime-Goji mania...? Guess I never understood BANDAI's business decisions in terms of the Godzilla franchise...
