If you live in Japan that is.

I want you to look me in the eyes and tell me you would be ok spending 160 dollars on a likely badly painted Desghidorah or King Caesar.

Not Megalon or Gorosaurus, though. Buy those guys in a heartbeat.

Added in 53 seconds:
AND BEFORE ANYONE MISUNDERSTAND THIS, I'm simply saying that people who claim there is a market for these figures out of Japan may not be 100% accurate.

We can change it up and do a poll for which QC issue irks us the most.

KG wing issues have to be #1

That was pretty widespread

SpaceGodzillas head and tail poping off just by looking at him (to me) has to be #2.

KG is by far the worst figure as far as quality control is concerned. It isn't just his wings, his heads don't stay attach as the neck is always falling apart.

Derpy eyes are bad but do not mechanically harm the figure.

QC issues aside, you people need to keep in mind that this line is made by a Japanese company made forat and foremost for Japanese collectors. That combined with the fact that the Heisei series just so happens to be the most popular line of Godzilla films in Japan purely out of rotten luck.

Yes we know, but there's no need to be so aggressive.

That's true.

That ain't.
By sticking to what's "most popular", Bandai's screwing themselves over and limiting the figures they can make. Not to mention the fact, Heisei isn't that popular. Remember that general election deal to promote Shin Godzilla? Heisei lost HARD.

Heisei is the most popular series in Japan. That’s what they think when they hear Godzilla. Shin Godzilla is a big deal over there At the moment but Heisei is still everywhere. Most of the Shin Godzilla stuff has been removed besides some statues but Heisei is the main Godzilla over there. Hell a recreation of the 94 suit was the design they went with to receive the certificate when Godzilla became the tourist ambassador (is that it I forgot). There is no doubt that the Heisei series is the most popular over there. That’s why we get so much Heisei stuff. They eat that up just like Americans eat up Showa shit.

Not to mention a Heisei Godzilla painting graces the side of a Toho soundstage as well as a bronze statue out front.

When I think of Godzilla Heisei comes to mind the most. But as a hardcore fan I think of the original the most '54.
