Rodan does look pretty solid. If he was a stand alone I'd consider a pickup.

Its telling that they did up close shots of Rodan and wider shots of Mothra lol

I think they both look pretty good. I don't know if I would say they're $110 good, but still good nonetheless.

Which Monsterverse-related SHMA do you think is more likely to be the next? There are a number of options, some of which (if not all) are kinda obvious I suppose.
-Spitfire / Atomic Blast Godzilla.
-Burning Godzilla.
-SCV King Ghidorah.
-"Fire" Rodan / Bioluminiscent Mothra (with larva maybe?).
Or none of those because they're at work with the Godzilla vs. Kong ones. It's kind of an interesting situation, because while there was a 5 year gap between G14 and KOTM, now "GvK" is less than a year away, assuming they keep the March release date.
This makes me think figure reveals for the new movie are sure to drop either by the end of the year or in early 2020.
G20 seems like a safe bet, but Kong is a tricky guess. We didn't get one w the Skull Island movie (*but* there were X-Plus / Deforeal Kongs and Skullcrawler). So who knows.
I'm assuming there'll be some other Titan joining the fight as well, but whether it'll be a Toho one or an original creation remains to be seen.

I want to here other people's opinions. Now I only want the Rodan, I don't Mothra is really worth it. Which would be the better option?

1. Just get the two-pack.
2. Wait for the two-pack to come out, and see if I can get a solo Rodan on like eBay or something like that?

1. You’re guaranteed a Rodan that way. There’s a much lower chance of actually finding a loose one on eBay or any other site.

It will be much easier to sell the Mothra later on than to find a Rodan.

This x1000

From general consensus, folks are favoring Rodan than Mothra. Selling mothra for $40 will recoupe some cost.

Its disappointing but expected since they went the Web Exclusive route. Had it been general, probably $79.99 release.

Are they available for pre-order anywhere still?

Yesterday my Ghidorah came in and I really like him. Definitely an impressive figure, but with one problem. Kevin's neck likes to pop off easily if you barely move it (the ball-joint seems to be too far in the socket). Are there any tips to fixing this?

Heat socket with hair dryer to the max, 2 mins. Put the whole neck together and put it in the freezer for 15 minutes. This causes the plastic to retract and reset.

Thanks for the tip. I'll give it a try tomorrow.....

I got mine off of eBay from a guy named "kai88998," and you know what, it is not half bad. I was actually surprised at the quality. Well-painted, all six eyes are fine, no terrible joints. It did, however, come out of the box with some serious paint fumes, but that will hopefully take care of itself.

Paint fumes? That seems kinda worrisome.

I regularly buy old vinyls. To me, there's a difference between a fresh vinyl smell, and a Chinese bootleg with paint fumes.

Nah, its just the vinyls paint fumes. Trust the Chinese, they would never use knockoff lead paints.
