FW is one of the most badass versions of Godzilla to me. FW in general felt like the love child of the 70's Showa and Heisei series.

I've grown with this line, from living with mom and dad at the age of 13, joining the military at 19, getting my own place at 21 and getting married at 23.

Super7 and/or Mezco may be our saviors here. Mezco already has the 5 Points DAM sets coming, and there's speculation they may even have One:12 plans. And it's very likely Super7's Ultimates line will be heavy on Showa.

I have been waiting for the longest fucking time for more Showa SHMA. Especially Showa MG2 (an actual improved, good version of the first one), Ghidorah, Mothra, and Gigan. Rodan, Anguirus, Hedorah, Megalon, or what have you are just extras to me at this point

I do wonder if this increases any chance of getting a new Ghidorah (of any generation) simply because they know of the wing problems of the prior ones and the demand that was clearly there, otherwise those knock-offs I saw everyone talking about wouldn't have gotten attention. There's obviously a market if an improved special color release of some sort came out. I vote for glow-in-the-dark stomach, necks, and mouths. That would make it clearly quite different from any prior usage without requiring re-engineering the mold for electronics. I figure if we can get new releases of Biollante and Gigan, anything's possible, and they could put the money made in the remakes back into making new molds for stuff we haven't yet gotten.

Meanwhile, I will keep using this cheap one I found...
