Most helpful review sites/channels

Postby Manticore » Wed Jul 27, 2016 9:04 pm

I thought of opening a thread in which we could gather all the most helpful sites or YouTube channels about figures (NECA, SHMA, X-plus, Marmit, etc). News, unboxing videos, reviews (videos or text).
Not everyone has the same preferences, of course, but just in case, I don't intend for this thread to turn into a bashing contest or something of the sort. If someone likes DiegoDoom, for example, for whatever reason (the image quality of his videos, for example), his channel can be suggested!
I'd be editing the original post to add more sites/channels, so they can be found quickly. If there's a similar thread around (I honestly couldn't find one) or this is deemed as unnecessary, it can be locked, no problem.

I'd like to start with someone most of us know, since he's a regular in the board.
Steven's reviews are a lot of fun, and quite informative. As a fellow collector, I think he's a very helpful reviewer.

UltramanCronos' Reviews;

Hasn't been very active lately, but I enjoy his videos. Very thorough and detailed, from what I remember. Big thumbs up to any reviewer who includes size comparisons, as well.

Disclaimer: I am being facetious, I do not actually think my reviews are helpful in anyway, but I would at least like to think they're entertaining.

Hey, thanks for the shoutout! Glad to see I can be helpful. :)

I guess it'd be good to also do a plug about quality increasing. ACTUALLY have a camera now. Blame my fiance.

And definitely, BoatsCanFLy posted by DesuGojiFan. At the absolute minimum, he gives a funny take on what he reviews. Always laugh.
