What monster do you have the most/least toys of?

So, just curious. For those who try to collect figures of all the monsters, who do you have the most and least figures of? For me Godzilla is easily the "most", I probably have over a hundred figures of just him. Anguirus, Mothra, MechaGodzilla and Gigan probably round out my top 5.

As for the bottom, I only have one figure of Monster X, Varan and Megaguirus (all mini figures released in a set that came out for Final Wars), because I don't like any of them, two each for the Gargantuas due to the lack of figures made of them, and then I suppose Ebirah, I believe I have 2 mini-figs of him, too.

For most it's Heisei Godzilla. For least it is Mecha King Ghidorah since I only have one of him.

Aside from the obvious being Godzilla, I have a ton of Mechagodzillas. Not surprising since he's easily one of my favorite characters. Runner up would be Baragon, another favorite of mine.

I'm ashamed to say that I have no King Ghidorah figure. It's even worse because he's my favorite monster, behind Godzilla. That being said, it's also because I was a nice Ghidorah figure, and there are a few that I just don't really like (BC GMK Ghidorah Bandai 6-inch Ghidorah).

Of my current setup it's mainly figures of the 50s and early 60s Godzilla, since it's my favorite era. I also have Anguirus 55 and Moguera 57, so I'd love to get a 50s Varan to join the fray if I can ever find one.

Otherwise, I think I have at least one of every monster in some shape or form, but since I want to make some future space I don't know if I'll be holding on to everything.

I think most would be Showa Meganurons (17). As far as least I don't have any Daimajin, Desughidorah, Dagahra. I would like to get proper Kaiser Ghidorah, Monster X and Kamakuras figures since I only have gashapon of those.

If we count all the Ultramen I have several hundreds of them. Then Godzilla variants, who I may have anywhere between 50 to 100 figures of. Alien Baltan variants are 30 to 40. Mechagodzilla and Gomora variants are 20 to 30 each. Ghidorah, Mothra and Zetton variants are around 20 each. Mothra and several other characters I have 10 to 20 of. Les than or up to 10 of most of the other monsters.

Aside from Godzilla 2000, the most I have are Gigan figures (my favorite kaiju other than Godzilla himself).
There are quite a few that I have the least amount of. These are the ones that I only have one of:
Orga (6 inch Bandai), Monster X (9 inch Bandai), and Gabara (Y-msf)

Godzilla is actually the only monster I have more than one figure of. I currently have two Trendmasters figures, two Bandai Ultimate Monsters figures, and the NECA 12" HTT LPG. And for GINO, I have (currently on display) a Combat Claw, one of the babies, and a rubber figure that came with a bottle of shampoo.

Spacegodzilla, Battra, Anguirus, Biollante, King Seesar, Gigan, Hedorah, and Knifehead are all tied for the 'least' category, with one figure each.

The only Godzilla monster I do NOT have a figure of is Varan, since... well... apparently the toy companies don't care about him. I tried to get every single Godzilla monster in 6 inch scale form and so far I have them all accept for him. But to be honest... I don't even count him because he was only in one Godzilla movie for about 3 seconds. If they ever do make a cool 6 inch figure of him, I will happily buy one but until then, I'm not gonna cry about it.
