BBTS is selling it for $250, $4 shipping, but they're expecting it in Feb. 2017. Just found out that Gipsy is ALL die-cast, no plastic, and comes with light/sound features, and 9.1 inches tall. Jeez, no wonder it's so much...

BBTS also has the best price so far for the PR: Uprising Robot Spirits. $19.99 for Gipsy Avenger, $29.99 for the larger Mechs...

I think my fiancée wants to get me the SOC Gipsy for Christmas. I'm gonna get ALL of those Robot Spirits Mechs! :D
1. Yeah, Amazon's a bit pricier, but with ease of gift cards and rewards points, people can get it for much cheaper.

2. Nooohohohohohooooooooooooooooo the SoC GD is not all diecast. Nooohohohohooooo it's not, buckoroonie.

Wait up, 2017? They came out already?

Also I've hearing really bad things about AI's customer service from multiple people. I've heard horrible things in the X-Plus thread. Things like them sending the incorrect item and not responding to anything about it for over six months. They may have the best deal, but not the best customer service.

Other than one seemingly being cheaper... no idea.

Robot Spirits are smaller figures with a lot of accessories, think of it like a mix between Revoltech and Super Robot Chogokin.

Chogokin figures usually are larger and have some sort of metal construction.

Well I got the three figures added to my wish list to not forget them. I like Avenger's look but the other two are certainly dry looking colors wise. Maybe a little orange to Bracer's shoulders and torso? Redeemer's look is growing on me. I expect Bracer and Redeemer to be a little more on the minor side.

Amazon is fine for movies, books, & other things, but NOT for anything collectible. When they pack it for shipping, they don't always do a good job. I've NEVER had an issue with Anime Island or BBTS with how they pack stuff. Just sayin'...

Bought countless toys off of Amazon and they've all been fine. Free 2-Day shipping also trumps every other site, especially BBTS' rates.

You mean BBTS' $4 Flat Rate shipping, that they do NOW? And I do not have YOUR luck with Amazon's packing jockeys...

No.

But even if I was, the $4 rate has gotten some pretty negative reviews from people so I'm just gonna get my free 2-day shipping from Amazon. Don't really give a shit about the boxes to my toys so bring it on Amazon.

Pictures of the Siamond Select figures are floating around. They look neat, but I think the Bandai ones look better.

Here are said pictures:

They look like NECA figures, which isn't a good thing IMO. Gipsy Avenger in particular looks kinda trashy, but it might just be the pose.

I think I'm sticking with those Robot Spirits figures.

Saber Athena looks more like a exoskeleton power suit than a giant mecha, at least in that toy form.

So glad they're seemingly going to scale well with the Neca's. I'm not paying twice as much for smaller figures in not much better quality.Though I might just have to get that die cast Gipsy Danger!

Looks like Bandai is releasing at least one kaiju figure, Raijin. It looks pretty sweet.
