It may not be there yet, but it's coming. The materials will evolve, and become cheaper, and besides that, as if a toy/collectible company has never put out a product that deteriorates over time.

No, the Biollante Bile and Hyper Maser repaints are the last NECA Godzilla figures for now due to the current rights situation with Playmates.

Not like Playmates has released anything new recently and with Godzilla vs Kong getting pushed back again its not like they'll get to release anything for awhile. So its kinda stupid to hold back Neca until Playmates can actually do something with the license.

Playmates wants no competition for their GVK toyline so they are putting Neca on Hiatus until their line is done. It’s only a temporary thing so don’t worry too much

I think it speaks to their passion for Godzilla, and I think it bodes well for the future, once this Playmates nonsense ends, I expect a comeback, and perhaps they even tee up a number of prototypes to have ready for release once they can.

Packaging looks awesome!! I'm excited for this one. It isn't as accurate as the SHMA BioGoji, BUT.... Considering that that one was retailing at $180, I expect that one to be far more accurate and details. I just hope they fix the eye color. Did a little tweak on the image, and it just looks more accurate and menacing with the black and brown eyes.

You can see from the box opening image the eyes are same as the prototype, white is showing.

To be fair, the suit did actually have whites to its eyes. They were just *really* small and hard to see...

The only white in his eyes is light reflecting off the glass or whatever they're made of. The suit legit has brown and black eyes. All the high end figures of BioGoji have brown and black eyes as well

Nope. There is a white to his eye in the outside corner. I’ll point it out specifically this time.

Very excited for this figure honestly. I’m looking forward to seeing what kind of poses it can pull off considering that the Monsterarts ‘89 was restricted in the head and waist due to the electronics and whatnot.

Ya know, I've always wondered which of the two GhidoGoji suits were stolen, but based on the head and facial structure, I can see that it was the Shinjuku suit. Oddly enough, the Hokkaido suit was the one used for a majority of Godzilla vs Mothra '92.

I just remember a plan I had to make a tail and head sustitution on the neca 94 with the biogoji ones, see how good they fit in and maybe do a repaint.
